Nice Trip.

This is second time we stayed in the same hotel and luckily same room again. We prefer this hotel for its balcony where city and sea view together.

Rude people + Perfect hotel

Location was perfect. Batumi is a small city. We were 6 people stayed in a hotel. Bed was comfy, room was warm, bathroom was enough big. It's probably one of the most reasonable hotel in Batum. Breakfast was enough. You can find sth to eat.

Receptions was nice but in breakfast room...... the man was rude. Actually people were very rude in Batum generally. But the man who is responsible for breakfast service was rude.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!!!

Only the thing was good about this property was a location.

The hotel was a total failure!!! This is not even a 3 star hotel. The room was so small, no mini bar, room telephone wasn’t working. The shower was broken. Our room was at 11th floor, but the elevator was broken too!!! And I never could find anyone in the reception to make a complaint. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!!!

It was a great experience. I will go back stay for a longer time.

The hotel has an amazing location in the old city. In addition, it is near the beach and the central part of the city. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is also worth mentioning. On the whole, I highly recommend everyone stay at this hotel and spend a great time in Batumi.

Very poor and not typical of the 9 Georgian hotels we stayed in.

Location was very central.

There were no staff or security at the entrance / reception, only a phone number to call for assistance. The phone in the room didn't work.The breakfast was very poor and the one staff was unhelpful and ignorant. The only helpful staff member was at a reception in a related hotel across the plaza. There was a restaurant and bar next door which was equally unhelpful, the staff seemed to work in fear of a manager.

The bathroom in the room has no door. this is a bad thing. You cannot call the reception from the phone in the room. If you need to talk to them, you have to leave the room and building and go to the office across the square. it is really hard

Good location. large nice rooms and balconies had good view. Breakfasts were terrible.

Breakfasts terrible for International Hotel. Reception not always manned. Aircon broke down and required room change.

Only one front desk responsible lady was taking care all the hotels in Piazza which was not sufficient. I guess this is because of pandemic conditions.
