Cramped three day stay but bed was comfortable and clean

Rooms were clean on arrival

Rooms were very small. No fan in bathroom so there was excessive humidity after a shower. Made floors wet, couldn’t get towels dry. Was getting dressed one morning and there was a man walking around outside our window.

Lovely rooms, lovely hotel, and very enjoyable breakfast

Room was comfortable. Bathroom/shower was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very , very good. Staff was very helpful and make our stay very enjoyable.

The heater in our bedroom was not working properly, and the recommended fix was not helpful.

Well served by public transport. Close to city centre. In a quiet small housing complex. Run by the same person who also run another B&B just a few doors away, which I'd stayed in last time I was over.

A small thing, the actual shower was a bit on the small side.

Good impression initially but very disappointed in the lack of hot water for 2 showers

There was only enough hot water for one shower in the morning. Not enough hot water in taps either. Very disappointing

Treated like family in a comfortable place to stay!

We were greeted like family and continued to get the same care through out the visit. Very hospitable family and amazing breakfast! Rooms were perfect. Comfiest bed during our whole trip. Would totally stay again!

The best night sleep of our trip. Large flat tv screen with Netflix.

Cold rooms and unfortunately didn’t get to stay where I had booked. The excuse given was a problem with the wifi, and ye

l booked the property Woodhaven Manor but was told on arrival (too late to walk away) I’d have to stay in another house! I was not happy, I was shown to a small cold room where tv wasn’t working

The place was cold, I had to ask for a blanket, tv wasn’t working and it was small. I was changed to another room, which was bigger, but still cold. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows weren’t comfortable either.

Great location, sound owners, great bed, just needed a warmer room

The bed was extremely comfortable. I would say in the top 3 beds in Galway, and I’ve stayed in almost every hotel!!

The room was cold, very cold. The windows were poor and let in the cold when closed, the condensation was dripping onto the windowsill. The bathroom was also cold, had no extraction fan for the showers, and the shower tray was almost filled with water by the time you finished having a shower.
