Quiet, tasteful, cozy getaway. Stop looking for another place in Malta - just go there...

Beautifully restored and stylish farmhouse located in the countryside with back garden, indoor pool and spa. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail and decorated nicely. Clean and tastefully furnished rooms with aircon. Fantastic breakfast with excellent coffee. Plenty of space in the courtyard to relax or have a glass of wine. There is a secure garage available for guests in the basement (5 euro per night) but if you are travelling by bus the bus stop is just around the corner. Jesabel and Aaron are very attentive, helpful (thanks for all your help with my painful back!) and friendly hosts. Nothing is too much for them. Shame we only stayed 5 nights and were mostly away sightseeing beautiful Malta to enjoy this place more thoroughly.

You could hear loud bangs sometimes I guess to scare birds from the neighbouring orchards. Nothing major that bothered us personally but worth mentioning if you sleep light in the morning.

Super miejsce! Pyszne śniadanka i możliwość zjedzenia na tarasie. Całość zrobiona w fajnym stylu i z pomysłem. Dbałość o detale. Parking podziemny. Pomocny i uprzejmy personel. Polecam!

The property was great and the room was very clean. Good value for money and friendly staff members

Pool is open for 2 hours in the morning, Additionally have to pay for sauna usage. Apartment is away from the city

Väga hea valik, kui tahad olla veidi melust eemal kuid mitte alla anda kvaliteedis.

Hotell ületas kõiki ootusi. Värskelt renoveeritud, küll veidi eemal keskusest, samas olid bussipeatused mõlemas suunas paarikümne meetri kaugusel. Suur kauplus kohe üle tee 100 meetri kaugusel. Toad olid suured, meeldivalt ja maitsekalt sisustatud. Bolt taksoga kalurikülla Marsaxlokk maksis 6 EUR, bussiga 2.50.

Ei oska midagi välja tuua, miś meile ei sobinud.

Beautiful and comfortable

Mulberries is absolutely beautiful. Very aesthetically pleasing, newly renovated with attention to every detail and of high quality. So many places to rest your eyes and find tranquility. The owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming and arranged for a shuttle bus to the airport. The pool and spa area is wonderful as well. Many amazing viewpoints and terraces.

It would be nice with some deck chairs outside nearby the pool. But it is a minor thing. The deck chairs inside are lovely too.

Un posto magico

La struttura è meravigliosa e curata nei minimi particolari, autentica e perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità! I proprietari sono gentilissimi e ti fanno sentire in famiglia, sempre disponibili ad aiutarti e consigliarti per vivere l’isola al meglio! Colazione buona ed abbondante, con marmellate e formaggi prodotti da loro, camere pulitissime e letti molto comodi. Assolutamente consigliata

Rundum-Wohlfühl-Unterkunft

Die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin, das wunderschön angelegte Haus (Schloss), das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit vielen selbstgemachten Dingen, man fühlt sich einfach von Anfang an unglaublich wohl in der Unterkunft. Die Bushaltestelle in kurzer Distanz ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, so dass man auf sehr schnellem Wege nach Valletta kommt.

Piękny i klimatyczny hotel, warto się tu zatrzymać

+ bardzo ładny i przestronny pokój w pięknym, klimatycznym, butikowym hotelu powstałym w starej farmie; + świetne śniadanie z dostępem do lokalnych produktów; + przyjemny ogród, widać, że część warzyw ze śniadania jest z własnego ogrodu; + winda; + dobrze działające wifi; + w pokoju są na wszelki wypadek gniazdka europejskie + dostępna lodówka plus zestaw do robienia kawy i herbaty; + bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa (dostaliśmy dużo wskazówek jak efektywnie zwiedzać Valettę i okolice).

The room was spacious, the garden was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. It is located conveniantely close to the south part of the island so with a car you can go anywhere without delays. Staff is friendly and the facilities are modern yet with a traditional vibe.

To access the hotel by car can be tricky if you follow Google’s route. Ideally more (free) parking available by the hotel would be great vs charging.

Beautifully renovated building, with lots of attention to detail. Very comfortable, large room and very peaceful. Great breakfast with produce from their organic garden. Close to the Three Cities and Valetta, a short drive. Would recommend.

Awseome place and staff.

The premises are beautifully kept in a traditional Maltese style. It is like going back in time. Moreover, the owners are really polite, warmhearted and helpful. Also, you can book a parking space (against a fee of 5 euro).

Since the premises are surrounded by fields, it is natural that there will be a lot of mosquitos. Unfortunately the room had no mosquito trap and thus one can not open a window because one would end up being bitten by mosquitos throughout the night!

Excellent place for relaxing stay

This hotel is very nice, quiet, cosy and has good location, so you can easily go to every place on the island if you rent a car without traffic jams and delayes. Very nice and kind owners, they really did everything to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. Comfort of bed is exclusive, unforgettable!!! Breakfast is very good!

I gave 10 points overall. However, cleaning of the room was not always excellent. Also, I would suggest to put some bathroom stuff to hold soap, teeth brush, toothpaste etc.

Very quiet and cozy place to stay a couple of days

Malta is quite small, thus it's hard to find a "rural" quiet place but Mulberies pleasantly surprised me. It is conveniently located close to the airport and Marsaxlokk (Sunday local fish market) and ~3mins walk from the bus stop (92, 93, 204). The room we stayed (11) overlooked the garden and had a big terrace. The room itself is big, well designed, bathroom is clean, bed is comfortable. There is an A/C to heat/cool the room. Breakfast is light but OK -- Malta is well known foodie destination thus leave some space for lunch and dinner :)

Drinking water is filtrated and tastes somehow strange but this could be personal preference. We've bought some bottles of water from the nearby supermarket (5mins away).

Peaceful and romantic stay in an exceptional place.

We love the building itself - it was like a small beautiful castle. The owners were extremely nice and helpful. Tasty breakfast with coffee made to order.

The room housekeeping could be a bit better.

Perfect, quiet location, but close to the buses. Nice surrounding, nice view, tasty and variable breakfast, helpfull and nice personel. Spacy room and bathroom, wonderful area, small garden, beautiful building with many terraces and comfy space to rest.

Can I give it 11 stars please?

A stunning, quiet hotel, conveniently located 10-15 minutes drive from Marsaskala and Marsaxlokk and 30 minutes drive from Valletta. Each day, there is a delicious continental breakfast with bottomless tea or coffee. Fresh, local pastries and cakes along with fresh fruits, meats cheese and salad. The views of the local countryside are simply spectacular. The hotel is close to a bus stop, small supermarket and a few minutes walk into town. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Jesabel and Aaron made us feel like part of their family and as if we were being welcomed into their home. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Our room had a balcony, sitting area, comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Parking is available on site or on the road. If you want a personal, quiet, almost spiritual retreat away from the hustle and bustle, look no further! This is the place for you.

It is a beautiful interesting place. Relaxing. The bus stop was very close and we loved going into Valletta.

Sometimes it wasn't lit when we got back after dark. More hooks for hanging things in the bathroom would have been handy.

Beautiful place to stay

Amazing place to stay, relax and recharge. Beatifully done, friendly hosts and very good breakfast. Rooms very spacious and mattresses so comfortable. Great location for exploring Malta.
