Satisfying stay

Staff were helpful. They allowed me for early check-in without any charge. Room was clean. Breakfast was humble, not inconvenient. Comparable amenities in central hotels would likely cost twice as much. The location is conveniently near a subway station, providing easy access to the city center with just one mode of transport. The same subway line also offers direct transit to Heathrow Airport. This makes it an excellent choice for both convenience and value.

The hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards as the pillowcases were yellowish. Lack of hairdryers in rooms and a repetitive breakfast menu were noted. Unattended reception at times caused entry issues, especially during late nights

Da simpatia de todo o staff que se cruzou connosco e o facto de ter uma estação do outro lado da rua, o pequeno almoço apesar de repetitivo também era bom e a segurança que sentimos.

A limpeza podia ser um pouco melhor, tinha umas manchas na fronha da almofada e a parede do quarto junto do wc apresentava danos, riscos e faltavam pequenas parte da parede.

Zwaar onvoldoende voor die prijs, piepklein en erg simpel

Hotel ligt recht tegenover metrostation Elizabeth Line, die vervoert je snel de stad in. In een buitenwijk, maar dat is dus niet zo'n punt. Personeel was vriendelijk. Naastgelegen tentje is leuk ook.

Foto's en beoordeling bij Booking zijn veel te positief. Hotel maakt een sjofele indruk, kamers zijn echt piepklein en eenvoudig. Ontbijt na de eerste keer maar overgeslagen, niet de moeite waard. Voor ruim 100 euro per persoon per nacht is dit echt onder de maat.

I was surprised actually, friendly staff, breakfast included, the room It was clean, good size, new bathroom in room, great TV with sky mini, it had everything we needed to be comfortable, across road from station all the shops you will need.

Apart from the daily cleaning i didnt have, evertg else was superb

The proximity to the station and the many restaurants around.

My room was not cleaned for the 3 days i stayed there.

Goed geregeld met aardig personeel

De kamer zag er schoon uit, douche was prima. Alles wat ik nodig was zat in de kamer!

Geen tegenvallers, alleen dat ik geen fohn had, maar deze kon ik wel ophalen bij de receptie dus was het geen probleem!

Okay... but...

I suddenly had to work through my laptop for a long time: there was the desk but nothing where to sit (no chair or similar). So I've been obliged to stay with the laptop on the bed all the time. Shower drainage: very slow, clogged. Maybe it probably was full of hair inside. No hair-dryer in the room. No panel at the reception saying if they had it etc

I have experienced much better for less than £99 a night, which was the rate I was charged for my stay here.

It was clean and conveniently located.

I reserved a deluxe double room. However, the room was small, as was the ‘double’ bed, and it just felt rather cramped. It was great having an ensuite, but the shower pressure was so low that I had to hold the shower head to get a decent shower. Unfortunately, the shower head was not properly fixed to the hose, so kept falling off.

Nice bathroom and shower, good location for what I needed

Very dirty wall next to the bed with suspect stains! And noisy floorboards overheads from midnight til 3am wasn't able to sleep as the creaking was so loud

amazing! would stay again!

clean, definitely safe, lots of cctv and staff were always on site and nice and approachable. breakfast smelt amazing too

almost too secure as staff have to let you in at all times, wasn’t sure if it was 24/7 so felt a bit limited to leave at certain hours or bring friends for a bit. but that’s a minor thing

Unhappy, sad, regrettable and unfortunately not valued for the money I spent. It was total disgrace.

I never had time to go for breakfast. It was too early for me considering I keep late night because of work. Location was too far from central London where I was commuting on daily basis. I will not stay there again in future.

My bed was never changed and the receptionist female was extremely rude. She was on the phone all the time when I was making enquiries. She was unprofessional and unsure what to do hence seeking the answers of my questions via telephone, speaking Indian language which I found rather ought and disrespectful.

Awesome!

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was very clean and new, all of the staff is extremely polite and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect since its right across a tube station that leads straight to central london. We felt safe staying here and I totally reccomend you book this place

Very impressed and a pleasant stay

The location, first of all is strategic. Very close to the bus-stops, nearby train station and nice variety of restaurants and eateries. The breakfast was good as well. English breakfast with an assortment of fruits, yogurts and breakfast snacks. I was particularly impressed with the level of hygiene. The manager, Haroon was very warm and pleasant and gets 5stars for excellent customer service.

Met expectations

Clean and quiet. Cleaning services were there when required. Staff were friendly.

During my visit, it was unfortunate the Elizabeth Line was closed for maintenance. As such traveling to the location from another station was very inconvenient.

We spent 2 nights on 23 and 25.12 and we found it lovely. It is in the Center of City, very neat and clean, helpful Staff. We will definitely recommend others and come back again. Thanks a lot Blue Sapphire Team

The place offers a great experience starting from check-in to check-out. The staff were super friendly and helpful. All facilities were clean and the breakfast was delicious.
