Wonderful Tours - location is Fabulous. Next to Le Halles central market and the street across the road had many restaur

The rooms were fantastic.The bathroom and ahower were well designed and the shower itself was excellent. Clarins bath products and body lotion.Excellent Quality and Luxurious. The Bed was Brilliant abd we slept extremely well after a long 18 hour direct flight from Australia!

Beautiful quality, new hotel. Location was fantastic with many restaurants and old town tours within minutes’ walk

Nothing really although the staff at the front desk weren’t as knowledgeable as would be expected in a hotel of this standard.

Amazing surprise in the heart of the Loire valley after a busy family wedding weekend

We had a wonderful stopover day in Tours thanks to les trésorières. Also really regretted not taking our swimsuits as the lovely wellness Pool and sauna looked amazing ! The staff were so lovely and accommodated our little 2yo boy so nicely. The renovation is very tasteful and the breakfast was absolutely top notch! Absolutely worth the spend. Right in walking distance of the old town and the Loire banks. Very close to the airport. We had the larger room on the 2nd floor (26) overlooking the beautiful courtyard which was great for us 3 fitting the cot very comfortably and had a sofa and coffee table. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but the receptionist gave us great recommendations and it was really easy to walk into town. They also booked us a cab for the next day, perfect treat for a long family wedding weekend ! Would absolutely consider coming back if we were to come back to explore th Loire valley and its châteaux more.

There is no restaurant just a small bar and a few snacks can be provided. This was not a big deal to us but as a five-star hotel, I think it is worth noting.

Beautiful Chic Hotel

Beautiful new hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Decor was chic and expertly designed. Lovely courtyard, nice little heated pool with sauna, and beautiful little bar and breakfast area. Breakfast was also very good. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable with nice amenities. Quick 5- 10 min. walk to the center of Tours.

Not a hotel issue, but parking out front while dropping off luggage was met with a parking officer telling us we couldn't park there. Not sure what else we could have done to be in compliance with dropping off our luggage at a hotel entrance. Perhaps some clarity from the hotel with a check-in note about that.

The perfect stay!

Everything about the hotel is superb. Very elegant and modern style. Very friendly staff. I have no suggestions for improving the property. The location is very central and convenient. Totally walkable to everything. Tours is such a nice city. We would definitely like to return.

The hotel is new, room & bathroom are spacious, modern and clean. Staff are friendly, helpful & thoughtful. Location is near the Centre ville. Will come back again to Tours and stay at Les Tresorieres.

Exceptional luxury hotel

Well located Nice furnishing and very clean Beds were comfortable Bathrooms were stylist Lovely staff

Aircon could not be controlled so it got quite warm ringing reception helped but was still warm, good that windows could open. Shower at the pool did not work, we did not ask why.

Superb

Location was very central and convenient. Decor of the hotel is absolutely outstanding. Staff were helpful. Bed comfortable.

I was a little surprised the pool was quite short to swim. It was more of plunge pool. The sauna was lukewarm (around 40degrees) and then there was a tepidarium. Not sure that was supposed to be hammam? Either way I wouldn’t recommend that travellers chose this hotel if spa is a priority. But, it still has many other perks!!

Lovely hotel

Lovely room and facilities. Good location for exploring the town

The pool was not big enough to swim in, more of a plunge pool. The sauna was not working when we were there which we were not aware of. Road works we’re taking place right outside our bedroom window which was loud the following morning
