Hosts were staying.... they bent over backwards to accommodate us and help us in any way... Would definitely return

The food was very expensive....buy from supermarket and cook in ur caravan .... we paid 75.00 for 5 portions of fish n chips on site 😳😳😳

Very spacious well equipped modern van

The caravan was well equipped, had absolutely everything you needed even down to washing up liquid. Bedding was provided beds were made up ready for when we arrived along with a towel on each bed. Plenty of pans, trays etc for cooking in the van which sometimes are very limited. Very spacious smart Tv so kids could watch youtube which was helpful with bad weather days. Beautiful stay will definitely be back

Not a lot locally around but if you are willing to drive like we did there are lots of beaches around 20 minute drive away.

excellent value for money, completely enjoyed our stay, in a comfortable, spacious, clean caravan

location was on a big caravan site, but the caravan was in a quiet part of the site. the park site had lots of facilities if you wanted them (pay for passes), but used the caravan and site for a base to travel to local events, so no need for the park facilities, the shop was very well stocked, and not expensive. the park was easy to find and owners gave us all the information we needed. the caravan was very spacious, clean and came with toilet paper, bedding and towels a extra nice surprise.

enjoyed the 3 nights we stayed, but believe that one of the 2 toilets, need to be looked at, once flushed it repeatedly filled up, husband had to play about with flush button to get it to stop, and then we did not use again. no real problem because it was one of two. do not know how quite it would be in main season, because it is on a huge site.

Location Plenty of dishes, utensils etc. View and position for sun.

Lack of instructions for electric fire, microwave etc. We worked it out but when you are on a short break an instruction folder would be handy and save time! Could do with a sun parasol. TV pixelating constantly. BBQ hadn’t been cleaned. We were happy to find a caravan that accepted dogs, however it did have a doggy smell inside the van, not sure how you address this. These are minor details and just our observations.

December stay

The caravan was perfect, warm, comfortable and great location. Great kitchen, large tv. Heaters in bedrooms which worked brilliantly as we stayed in December! Beautiful fireplace in the living area. Check in and out are so easy. The host was brilliant at communication. Highly recommended, would definitely come back!

Lovely break

We liked the caravan and the location was good for us, it was clean and had good facilities. The owner was very helpful, check in and out very efficient and views lovely. The terrace area was secure for our small dogs.

A hairdryer would be a bonus. Nothing else

a lovely home from home in a gem of a location well worth staying there if I’m the area.

it was a lovely caravan beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was really helpful with any questions we had and made us feel really welcome in their property. there was Netflix and wifi and a lovely balcony and bbq outside for our use. Rockley Park is a lovely spot to have a caravan and it has many activities and beautiful scenery to enjoy . We all loved staying there and would definitely stay there again if we were in the UK.

Our travel plans were disrupted and the host went out of his way to accommodate us.

we had comfortable time in the caravan, good addition for kids was private internet ( not the best but better than nothi

location in the park, decking outside( good for dog) well equipped with everything you need( hoover, drying clothes hangers etc) Clean oven dishes.

brining own lining, it was ok as you feel like home but it took loots of room in the car plus the inconvenience caused.

Better than 2 rooms in a hotel.

Above all, we are very grateful towards the person in charge of the site. The place is mostly aimed at holiday makers but despite the fact that it was a last minute reservation for one night on our way back home, the very helpful man in charge sorted everthing out for us. Bless him! And thanks to the owners of the bungalow who have a surprising well equipped bungalow.

Only issue was did not have normal tv on arrival you had to stream everything on internet and signed up to whatever u were watching. So if you had a family techno savvy that's fine.
