Enjoyed our stay. Apartment very well equiped

One of us found the mattress uncomfortable No mirrors in the bedroom for drying hair etc or dressing

Very good

Perfect place for a few days in Guildford. Very clean and tidy. Everything we needed for our stay was supplied.

Bed sloped on one side so I felt that I was going to fall out.

OMG! Sleeping was a disaster. Saggy, spongy mattresses. Clean, tidy, good coms. For Insomniacs only.

the property was clean and tidy. Good location close to town and ample parking space

OMG! The mattresses on the beds were dreadful. Not sure if cheap or worn out. Saggy, tipped you over towards the edge so you felt you were going to fall out. The sofa bed similarly spongy and guaranteed to provide you with backache. 3 forks !!!

Great stay in Guildford. Would highly recommend.

Self check-in and out was great as we arrived at the early hours of the morning. The flat itself had everything we needed and was well equipped. The walk to high street wasn't all too bad either.

Nothing to mention that I didn't like about the property.

location -10 minutes walking distance to centre and easy parking on premises . comfortable ,quiet and perfect for us

couldn’t open bedroom window ( not a problem in winter !) front door lock is simple latch so can’t firmly double lock

Cosy apartment with parking as a good base to explore the area.

Location excellent. Beds comfy. Property as described. Great communication from the host, easy check in/out. Good WiFi, kitchen well equipped. Good shower.

Quite basic accommodation missing some practical things like a coffee table. No washing up cloths/sponges. Would be nice to have some cooking staples left e.g. oil, salt/pepper. Shelves on the walls at pretty lethal height for tall people! Flat gets quite humid/damp even with a fan in the bathroom/kitchen. I understand ground rules are sent prior to arrival to ensure respect to the property but their tone is quite strict and off-putting.

Requires some much needed maintenance and/or upgrades e.g. entrance hall leading up to the flatlet is dated and carpets are worn, the wall plugs serving the microwave did not work, the toilet seat is not secure, the shower head mechanism is worn and does not secure properly, lounge curtains don’t cover the window frontage, curtains and beds are dated etc. On site parking is a bonus but the vegetation growing along the wall makes it difficult to park without scratching one’s car. Some of the crockery and cutlery was not properly cleaned.

We are happy with the stay and thankful to the responsive staff!!

The staff who helped us, Luke, was very responsive. The apartment furnishing is of very good condition. The kitchenware and utensils were new and well maintained. The apartment is clean.

The living room is a bit smaller than expected, with a family of 4 could be slightly squeezed.
