Good for family stay

Rooms are quite spacious & comfortable enough to accommodate 3 guests in a room. The staff is very cooperative and always eager to help :)

Bed was broken and little old, sheets could have been cleaner and better

Hotel reception is very uninviting. Rooms were good staff wasn’t professional. Bad breakfast no AC

Clean room beds and bath. Good manager. But unprofessional staff. Low paid staff thus no service atall.

The restaurant was very unhygienic and the corridors smelt of rotten food not removed the manager was practive but property can do better in terms of hiring professional staff. Very lowpaid staff with no service training or experience.

Nice stay

The size of room was good and it had large beds for family. Location is excellent.

There was one double bed and one single bed but blanket was provided only for double bed. If someone is booking for family, blankets should be given for both beds.

Good spacious rooms but need a bit more cleaning and hygiene care.

Rooms are well lit and spacious.

The Washroom was very smelly. Strange sewer smell bothered every time visiting the bathroom. Even though no smoking sign was put up. The hotel lobby smelled like people were smoking in the room and lobby.

Very poor

Irresponsible, shabby, totally unprofessional and poor is the word. Had to move out to alternate location mid night. From entrance to room, mosquitos all around. Incomplete room furnishing n dirty linen. Worst experience. Hotel manager also very rude lady who coldly told to leave if services were not upto mark. Booking.com should verify hotel before promoting them.

after requesting staff they immediately changed the sheets and cover. Reliance fresh is next to the hotel

Bedsheets and towel were not clean. Reason mentioned by the staff was due to the water in Bhubaneshwar
