Relaxing stay in the Valley

The room was incredibly spacious and well fitted out. The restaurant on site was great. The pool area was a nice touch and a suntrap. Staff were really friendly.

The beds were a little soft for me but I realise this is a personal preference.

Perfect spot for a weekend away ☺️

The place was so warm and perfect for a winter weekend away, bed was luxurious as well ! Had the best cannoli down the road and spotted a wombat and kangaroo a few metres down !

We wanted to use the heated pool for a dip but it was unfortunately not heated, everything else was A+.

Wildes is nestled in a quaint part of Kangaroo Valley that offers homely comforts

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with a great selection of tea/coffee etc. The toiletries were excellent quality.

Room was spacious. Very neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable and small kitchenette was handy

Underground parking not very convenient. Also the lift was not working. For elderly people if it very difficult to climb so many stairs to come upstairs after parking car. I think they should inform guests about the parking especially when lift not working. There was no breakfast choices for vegetarians. Breakfast was not worth the price. No fruits, no cereals, just choose one item from 9 listed items on menu. That was very disappointing. Hardly any choice for vegetarians.

Disappointing

The design of the hotel is amazing, very modern and lovely. Courtyard is also very beautiful. The staff is incredible, the reception happily explained and recommended what to do in the area. They were so nice to try and assist us with everything

the amenities were very lacking. No hot water, no heater in the bedrooms and no portable heater to borrow.

The hotel was beautiful and staff were very thoughtful and friendly.

Unfortunately the air conditioner was directly above the bed and resulted in a very dry sore throat the next day.

spacious rooms, underground parking, good restaurant. great location in the middle of town. they also accommodated our request to have both rooms on ground floor, for us and our elderly parents.

Lovely hotel, but no service

Gorgeous boutique hotel with great location, incredible food - compliments to the chef! And dog friendly too.

The room service was practically non-existent. I understand there is a labour shortage in Aus, but we arrived at 3pm for check in to be told the room isnt ready! We had to wait for them to finish. Would have been ok but the receptionist was rude about it. Stayed for three nights and each day the rooms would only be made after 4pm! So... dirty cups, no tea refills and had to make our own beds... If I wanted that I would have hired an airb&b...

A beautiful place to stay but the food could be improved.

A lovely room which was very comfortable and with good facilities. It is right in the centre of Kangaroo Valley which meant it was a short walk to anywhere you wanted to go.

The food did not quite meet expectations.
