enjoyable but could be even better if small above issues are looked at
location and size of rooms and outside space
upstairs bathroom shower water only came out very hot and while in use water came out in the entrance courtyard floor . large bins outside to put rubbish in as the non recycling bin was not emptied and half full at the beginning of the stay .

Beautiful house with perfect location on the beach and easy access
Location was perfect, nice and quiet and right on the beach but within a short walk of the town. The house itself was lovely with a perfect living room with comfortable sofas for a large group (nine people) and a large dining table that could fit us all at once. There were two full bathrooms and an extra toilet, and two kitchens that were fully equipped. On arrival we used the instructions to gain entry and having the keys in safes was perfect because we didn't have to worry about who in our group had a key and anyone could go back to the house whenever they needed. All the bedrooms were large and bright. Garden was also very nice to sit in the sun.
I had to call to ask about the parking because we were told about the permits but not that they were digital so we weren't sure if we needed to put something in the vehicle. However, we got in touch very easily and sorted it out so really not a problem just something that could be mentioned in the pre arrival information in future.

Very good
The house is stunning. Spacious, enormous rooms, lovely lounges and break out areas, decent showers, comfy beds, comfy sofas, gorgeous sea views. Would definitely have stayed longer.
Just needs a little bit of a deeper clean but nothing to be put off about. Not so keen on the noise level monitors but perhaps they've had bad experiences previously. A few more dining plates would be helpful..

Exceptional
Position overlooking sea. The garden is sheltered and enclosed. The house is spacious and the accommodation ideal for our family celebration. Our ages ranged from 7 years to 80!
Main light in the downstairs lounge wasn't working

A large, luxurious and elegant house with all facilities, suitable for a family or group
This is a lovely old house, quite palatial with five bedrooms and very spacious. Some of the bedrooms have beautiful views of the sea through elegant old windows. It appears the house used to be two flats - there are separate living rooms, kitchens and bathrooms on both floors. It was an extravagance for us and would really suit a large family or perhaps two families. Tea, coffee etc were provided. The general atmosphere is of space and elegance. There is a garden (quite plain but suitable for sitting out or having barbeques etc). The location is great - right on the sea front a short walk west of the pier. The little alleyway at the side leads to a rather charming back street. Anne and the team were always helpful and supportive. Highly recommended at least for a large group.
