Amelia Island has a lot of things to see. It was nice to walk the beach early in the morning!

The condo was on ground level and you could go out the living room sliding glass door to the pool which was really close. The path to the beach was convenient.

The condo was somewhat dated. The paint job on the walls could have been better. The kitchen cabinet shelves were very dirty, I washed them before putting our groceries away. The silverware lacked spoons so we bought four and left them. The frying pans could be replaced. Also, a broom would have been helpful.

Loved it. A bit pricey at $500 a night.

View was awesome. Ease of access great.

Living room TV kept losing picture, needed a plunger for toilet during middle of night, would like a washable clean bath mat, very old coffee pot and washer and dryer. But they did work. Otherwise a lovely condo with awesome view.

Amelia Island is wonderful, the condo has a great location and fabulous view. We will return!

The location was spectacular. The condo was clean. Getting to the beach was very easy. Parking was easy and close to the elevator. The view from the condo was amazing. The kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans and utensils.

The TVs need updating. The laundry is in the Kitchen making the space tight. Overall the condo is very nice, but could use an update especially the bathroom and kitchen.

Fun & Friendly

It was quite and clean, pool was nice and beach was clean and well taken care of.

The price, $3000 for one week that included the fees and taxes is outrageous!! won’t be doing Airbnb again.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation on beautiful Amelia Island

Location was great. We chose an oceanfront apartment so that we could see from the balcony. Elevator was quick, very little waiting. We never had an issue finding a parking spot close to our building. Easy walk to the beach.

Price was steep for a 1 bedroom. The view from the balcony was partially blocked by the railing. Toilet was very sluggish.

Clean, great view, good beach access, nice pool. Overall very good place.

Did exactly what we needed. It was close to the beach so we could walk to it. There’s access to drive onto the beach right up the road, which is what we did. Great little balcony. Bed was comfy. bathroom was nice. Kitchen worked, fairly minimal but they had dishwashing tabs and laundry soap to be able to use while there. Pool was very nice. Overall great to stay.

When we got there, we were told we were in B Building room C116 but that isn’t a thing. there’s no check in place, you just use the emails and texts so I had to call and wait on hold at night for someone to help. Wound up being a typo and we were in C Building. Not B. Also they will email you a million times and text you a lot too prior and after your trip. Other than that everything was great.

An unexpectedly wonderful time.

The room and the location were far, far superior to what I was expecting. The room was spacious and airy and pretty and comfortable, the view was spectacular, and I wish we'd been able to stay longer.

We had a little bit of difficulty getting in when we arrived. Opening the gate on arrival caused us some confusion. It wasn't a big deal, but I couldn't think of anything else to write here.

A wonderful place to relax

The complex was quiet and beautiful. Being able to walk out on the beach was a plus. Otherwise, it was a nice getaway place.

I don't like paying a cleaning fee and having to clean up myself. Take out the garbage, breakdown the bed, stack the towel and linen in a certain area. I felt like if I didn't "follow their instructions" I would find another $200 fee on my credit card, which I have been keeping a close watch. I'm going back to my Embassy Suites and let them do the cleaning. They also have breakfast and evening drinks.
