About this apartment rental

A modern single-storey barn made up of two self-contained flats, this rural retreat is perfect if you're heading to this part of the world on a walking holiday. The interconnecting door will be open when you arrive, so it'll feel more like a single home with two living spaces. And although the building itself may be out in the sticks, there's nothing rustic about it. Two contemporary kitchens, two bright living rooms and three comfortable, en-suite bedrooms make this is a great choice if roughing it just isn't your thing. White walls and wood floors are accented with soft rugs and modern art inside, while the outdoor space overlooks the paddocks of neighbouring horses and the pristine countryside beyond. Spend your days hiking in the Chiltern Hills or head for a day out at delightful Henley-on-Thames. Home truths: *All guests must be over 25 to stay here *The barn is made up of two interconnecting apartments – giving your group flexible accommodation and privacy for those who prefer it *A Netflix account is included *The home is in a rural area surrounded by cattle and horses *There's a desk in each section of the home for those who need to keep in touch with work *Each home has a separate entrance – a door connects the two internally *There's parking for up to three cars *Accommodation is all on one floor *You'll be in a secluded area so stock up before you leave *The host asks that you keep outdoor noise in this peaceful place to a minimum
