Temiz ve olanakları çok fazla olan huzurlu bir tesis.

Tesisin konumu şehir merkezine yakın bir yerde. İçerisi de geniş bir tatil köyü ve etrafında market ve restoranlar var fazlasıyla. Ayrıca hemen odaların yakınında havuzu olması da çok iyi. Odalarda mutfak var ve bardak tabak mikrodalga su ısıtıcısı ve hatta çamaşır makinesi gibi eşyaların olması harika. İbrahim Bey ve Mustafa’ya ilgilerinden ötürü çok teşekkürler

Where is the hospitality?

Delta Sharm is beautiful with all those flowers and palm trees. It is quiet.

I have been to Delta Sharm a couple of times before. I choose this compound because of the central location. This time I have chosen Hermes hospitality because of the good reviews and the name hospitality. It seemed to me that it is an appartment with hotel service. That is what I need! But what a bummer! I haven't experienced any type of hospitality or service AT ALL. Before arriving I have sent our time of arrival by booking.com and WhatsApp. But no reaction. The reception was not friendly at all. I am a single mum with a 4 year old but didn't get any help with my luggage. I have booked a room with a double bed and one single bed, we got three single beds instead. The sliding doors can not be locked, you can open it from the outside, it is at the ground floor. After telling this they putted a plug in. The spots above the mirror in the bathroom are not working. I need that for my contactlenses. After I have told that, nothing is replaced. I have chosen this place because it has a kitchen, but the equipment is really minimal: two plates, two forks, two spoons, two cups. No knife to peel fruits or a cutting board. I am glad I took my own pan (I live in Egypt). The fridge and airconditioning make a lot of noise during the night. Ibrahim is at the area everyday but he barely greet us. When I have sent him a message that the safe was not working and some questions, he didn't answer. I have told Sabine, who was working in the cafe how I felt but she seemed too occupied by her own problems. You can only use the pool in front of the room. Delta Sharm works with a card system, but we didn't get a card, nor beach towel. The pool is too cold (December) to swim. There is no pool for kids and my 4 year old son was not allowed to swim or play in the pool, even when I am sitting at the pool, while there is a pool boy. We stayed 5 days and it is not cleaned one single time.

Nice place, but bit far from the center

There was a lady in the kitchen staff, who offered us a local tour guide. DO NOT MEET him! He offered tours double prices and every time found it there is some hidden extra charge…And it is very hurtful, because when You stay somewhere and ask some help, the minimum is you would like a real help not false..

Struttura all'interno di un complesso residenziale con piscina, mini market ecc. Sabina è fenomenale su ogni punto di vista ti consiglia cosa vedere, dove andare di giorno e di notte persino quanto spendere max con i taxi. Veramente soddisfatto.

La cucina ha giusto lo stretto necessario, aggiungerei almeno uno scolapasta soprattutto per i clienti italiani.

I enjoyed my time there with my friends! The staff also are very friendly and kind too like Ahmed, Ayman and Sabina also. The location also is very good and strategic also easy to find! For sure I will visit again here next time😇

Actually everything is good! It just that I wish I could also dive into the pool during night time.

Nice, recommended.

As a small rental-apartment unit, I think this was a decent and okay little flat to rent. Room was nice and clean.

The shower did not have very hot water, it was a bit chilling to take shower, but it went okay. The balcony door was not secured, it could be opened from the outside, and this was on first floor. However I complained and they came and injected a pin into a hole so it became locked.

Welcome to fairy tale. Cats are included

Far far away, in the far desert there is a city - Delta Sharm. Houses of the city are built of majestic white stone and the streets are filled with greenery. Real residents of this city lazily walk along the streets. I mean cats. 😺 There is a wonderful hotel in this city. The staff here are ready to serve you and help with any questions ✨ Rooms are comfortable and clean. Be like at home. Welcome to arabic fairy tale.

Bath faucet and kitchen faucet are not fabulous at all 😄

Would I come back?...Yes, of course...

Herrmes is a 5 stars hospitality group. I spent 5 nights in Delta Sharm then extended for another five. The location is great and the spirit is very delightful, the green areas and pools are amazing. The room is spacious and clean, with a good WiFi that helped me a lot. Mr.Ibrahim is such a kind and friendly owner, he has been above and beyond in doing everything to make us happy and satisfied. Thanks to Ayman, Gohary, and all Herrmes crew.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We only went to Sharm to dive and aren't really into the 'vibe' of most places people stay there. This little gem offered us all the amenities we needed in a beautiful setting for a very fair price. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast is delicious and huge! Our room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed and the pool is perfect.

The bathroom didn't smell amazing but we expereinced this in most places in Egypt.

Honestly the best place you can book in Sharm-el-Sheikh. It truely deserves its luxury name as the experience is such. This place will make you feel on holidays whether you come from a busy working city environment or an outdoors working life - you'll be relaxed in no time 100% for sure when staying here. The vibe, the place, the service, welcome, cleaning, everything is simply amazing. Thereby you'll get advised which places to visit, so you'll discover the the pearls of this place that will amaze you by its beauty. I was for example advised to snorkel in al fanar beach..I haven't seen anything so beautiful in my life. The view of the reef and fauna (fishes) are considered the second most beautiful in the world after Australia. Strongly recommended stay!

Amazing stay at Sharm!

We absolutely loved the service! Everybody went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was delicious. The facilities were all clean and as described. My friends and I agreed the pictures do not make justice to how beautiful this place is. Besides, the location was perfect, we were within 10 min by car from all cool spots. 100% recommended.

The pillows could have been a bit softer, but this is a matter of preference.

Stay like home with hotel service

Herrmes just amazing place to stay , as a solo traveller girl it was very safe , comfortable and super calm place for me . The room with small kitchen you can use for cooking your own food , nice and clean swimming pool , also they have cafe offering breakfast with good prices , Ibrahim the owner and the staff is very nice and responding to any questions you want .

lovely time, chill atmosphere, fun people

It was fun to be in a resort a bit off the main section of town, with its own little strip of stores and cafes. Loved the pool area, the kitties, and most of all the staff. Ella at the bar, Ibrahim as host. wonderful time for a week there at the COP27.

Superb

Location, size of the room, water pressure, pools, beds, TV, and staff.

Everything was good as described. Big room, friendly Ibrahim, Thanks to him and Alice, Lady at the Bar. Very good location. But i am not too fussy a person. Maybe good: to install a microwave in the room!!! And maybe change the tap in the bathroom. Apart of this all good. Very good pressure of the hot water !! Good TV.
