Pretty good

Location is good if you are passing through, easy to find and easy to park with a car. The breakfast was great with a wide selection. The upper level were the rooms are located is very clean, they pay a lot of attention to that.

Although it was clean, there were some flies in the room upon arrival and it made sleeping impossible until we hunted them all down.

Clean hotel run by a warm and kind family Spacious room with good bed Staff speaks good English and is there to help with whatever you need Nice breakfast

My room was adjacent to a busy street, making it a bit difficult to sleep with an open window. A portable fan would have been nice addition for warm summer nights.

Great

The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Karakol with some great dining options (ask the hotel manager for booking help). Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable making the hotel a nice stopping point for Karakol and Jyrgalan trips.

There was some confusion about the pricing but this seems to be more a booking.com issue if anything.

Love the hotel with its ethnical- cultural design.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for making my stay amazing. The staff was very polite and welcoming! The room was very clean and neat. I loved the breakfast very much. Definitely I'm coming back to Muras hotel.
