Superbe accueil, bons conseils, mais trop bruyant...

Ewcellent accueil, très bons conseils et super petit déjeuner. Chambre petite mais correcte, peu de pression à la douche et froide....

Chant du coq voisin qui débute à 4h du matin et qui ne s arrête pas.... Pendant la journée derrière le mur mitoyen une artisan qui utilise une scie électrique.... Vraiment trop bruyant dommage... Il a fallut payé 5% de plus au prix booking pour payer en carte :(

Bien situé mais rapport qualité prix à revoir

Situation géographique, proche de la mer. (Cependant hôtel niché dans une toute petite rue sombre sans vue). Même si nous avons pas très bien compris à qui nous parlions par message, les nombreux problèmes rencontrés ont rapidement été « gérés ».

Rapport qualité prix à revoir. Cher pour la prestation malheureusement. Équipements limites : moustiquaire trouée, 0 pression d’eau, pas de ménage entre deux nuits. Nous nous sommes également aperçu pendant notre séjour que les cadenas de nos sacs à dos avaient été forcés sans succès sans pouvoir obtenir d’explications de notre hôte.

Really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were extremely friendly and super helpful. Location is perfect. Rooms simple but nicely decorated and very clean. Lovely courtyard for chilling. Would definitely recommend.

lovely stay in an excellent area of a fantastic town

- lovely host, helped us a lot. - spacious and clean room and common area - nice breakfasts

- there was a little bit of noise in the morning. Just roosters crowing so wasn’t an unpleasant sound but did wake us up. Our window didn’t close which meant we were a bit more exposed to it - would be great to get that fixed!

Hidden champ

This place is special and very nice in the backyard. It’s 1 min walk to the beach which is the nice and calm. I Could not meet Vera, but her lovely parents were taking care and very attentive to make your stay like home. I really liked the freshly made arepas. The room was simple but nice, with a breeze of wind and the sound of the waves. A hidden place, you can just ask the locals there to find it. Highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Rincon Del Mar.

The place is really nice, close to the beach and to different restaurants. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. There is a breakfast included which is really delicious.

The staff is really nice and help you with all your questions. However I would recommend to book the tours somewhere else since they will charge you a extra fee.

Exceptional

Vera and Diego are very nice and helpful. They have always been available at hostel or on Whatsup to advice. The location of the hostel is amazing. Very close to the centre and to the beach, yet it is very quite there! The accommodation is very spacious, clean. There is fresh water and coffee always available. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a bit difficult to find the hostel for the first time as it is hidden from the main street. But local people were helpful. And in the end you appreciate this "hidden" location :)

Amazing little hotel, one of our favourite places we have stayed in Colombia. Santiago did everything in his power to may our stay great, and was always so friendly. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

Avoid.

The guest house was very close to the beach and also in a nice quiet part of the town.

This was the world place I stayed in Colombia. I left early and so did the guests in the two other rooms when I was there. As others mentioned, there are no mosquito nets. This is worse than it sounds because their system to protect yourself is to use a fan. That’s not possible because the power goes out at night. The room also needed a serious deep clean and the bathroom smells bad. Compared to other places I have stayed in the country it’s expensive for what you get.

Felt like at home!

The place exceeded our expectations! We were little concerns since there are not too many reviews at booking and you cannot find it at GoogleMaps. However, it was the best choice ever! The hotel is quite small with only 4 rooms but that is what makes it special! You know you'll go back to relax and hang out with the people there. The host, Vera, was super nice from the moment we booked our stayed. She advised us about the bus from Cartagena, she arranged the taxi to pick us up in San Onofre, helped us booking our tours, recommended where to eat, etc. We felt at home all the time! Moreover, the breakfasts were always perfect. The lady was bringing us coffee to our room since she knew we liked chilling in our bed before going down for the food! :) The rooms are big enough and nicely decorated. They look exactly like the picture! The town is also magic! We wanted to stay longer but unfortunately, we had to return to Cartagena to take our flight home!

Everything was perfect. Just internet connection may not be strong in some spaces but if you are not going for work, it is completely fine. I recommend you to enjoy the town and do not plan any home office! :)
