Excellent place to stay!

Staff was outstanding in all ways. Excellent location. Hotel itself is very good. Rooms are on the small side, but very well done.

Great place, excellent food with a wonderful view.

Very nice, large and clean room with an excellent view of the sea. The food was excellent in their restaurant as well!

Only thing is parking is open parking on the street so no reserved parking for guests.

Ok but only of you have a sea view room.

Very friendly staff in the restaurant. Good food. Young lady from Nepal who's name began with a U was outstanding. She should be earmarked for a management role; she has brains, good communications skills, works with urgency and a positive attitude. Quite a rarity in hospitality.

Bedroom window looked onto air con units. No real daylight. At the price I paid this was terrible! The shower had zero pressure. And, the Aircon was either too hot or too cold.

Great location, great first impressions but ultimately disappointing.

We booked the last available room for a 3 night stay but we found the room had 2 windows, neither opened and one looked onto the inside hall and the other had obscure glass and we could not see through it. It may have been an outside window or an inside window. What was good was that the staff changed our room for the second two nights, what was bad was we had a very uncomfortable first night in the hot windowless room. There was AC but we did not use it till late.

You should not offer a room without opening outside windows if you wish to be considered a high end boutique hotel. At least there should be a warning; but really it should just not exist. The room was well appointed but the basic amenity of an outside window is essential. The room we were moved to, room 11 was fine but the radiator in the bathroom was fixed on and could not be turned off which made the bathroom stuffy. The shower valve was worn and floppy which is a minor detail but, again inappropriate for a "high end" tag. Another more important disappointment was that the air con in room 11 did not work. Although we did not really need the AC it was inappropriate and shows lack of attention, that it did not work. In general room 11 was, like the windowless room well appointed. Also did not like having to walk through the bar to check in, The restaurant was not spacious enough.

Stylisches Hotel direkt an der Promenade

Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und sauber. Das Zimmer bieter alles was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Die Klimaanlage brummt bei Betrieb in regelmäßigen Abständen sehr laut, was gerade nachts sehr störend ist.

The only place in Portrush that you should stay at

Stayed here for my vow renewal ceremony I was having at Dunluce castle and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay. A few weeks prior to our stay I asked about getting my wedding dress cleaned and pressed. They took it upon themselves to call every cleaner in the area to see if anyone could do it. Long story short no one could do the quick 24hr turn around and the hotel manager arranged to have the hotel steamer in my room waiting for us at check in! This was just 1 example of many on how amazing the staff was. Our view in room 17 is to DIE for. Cute and unique esthetic of the place! Good breakfast choices and very yummy as well. Overall an amazing stay!

A very pleasant break in an excellent hotel in a great location with lovely sea views.

The breakfast served at our table was excellent . The staff were very helpful and both the Dining room and cocktail bar areas were of a very high standard.

We Had a very enjoyable stay with no complaints.

The staff where so lovely. We couldn't believe how nice and engaging the all staff where. Especially breakfast staff and bar staff, they really made the stay! The slippers in the room was an added bonus

The price was slightly higher than what we would typically spend in the local area but the rooms are very funky and their is a coffee machine in the room which adds to it.

Exceptional

William the Head receptionist was absolutely brilliant, he sorted everything for put room, looked after our bags and was extremely helpful. The staff In the restaurant and bar were top notch. Scott looked after us and the food was 10 out of 10. Perfect location for travelling and we never needed to leave for food or drink.

Shame some of the buildings around it have been let go badly. But the area was safe and the on street parking was fine too.

If you could give an 11 out of 10 we would

Rooms were beautiful, bed and pillows among the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Bathroom was clean, well sized and provided products were excellent quality and locally sourced which we felt was fabulous. The amenities provided, tea/coffee machine/hot chocolate and wee biscuits were first class also. Hotel provided a little book with all the information you could need including information on the town/taxis/further hotel information which was extremely helpful. We had breakfast and dinner in house and the food was absolutely fantastic. We will be raving about it for some time!

Beautiful property inside however we were disappointed with the food & cocktails both poor quality, the staff weren’t very welcoming or friendly, beds & pillows uncomfortable, and such a shame the roof top terrace was closed - it looks good but that’s all

Lovely boutique hotel perfect for a visit to the North Shore

The location was easily found, the building colorful and stands out along the gorgeous shoreline. Though the entry was a bit confusing - you enter the hotel through the restaurant, it ultimately felt safer, more intimate. The staff was lovely and thoughtful - I'd sprained my ankle and they delivered a bucket of ice in a bag without my even asking. Everyone was friendly, the beds were comfy, the bathroom spotless, and two beds so my daughter and I each had our own space - and it was only 12 km from our destination - brilliant!
