Qui abita l'ospitalità

Palazzo Ubertini è stata una piacevole scoperta, non solo per la struttura - moderna, rinnovata con gusto e attenzione al dettaglio - ma per le persone che gestiscono i clienti. Qualunque albergatore può costruire delle belle camere e renderle confortevoli, ma sono pochi coloro che conoscono la differenza tra una buona accoglienza e una eccellente. Si tratta di sorprendere il cliente, di fargli trovare un upgrade di camera non richiesto, un cesto di benvenuto inatteso, un ulteriore cesto per chi celiaco non poteva approfittarne, e piccoli suggerimenti personalizzati, per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno, scritti a mano su un foglietto. Due chiacchiere al rientro, altre due all'uscita, qualche dritta - mai invasiva - sempre onesta, personale, sincera. Ti fa sentire a casa. Se invece al lettore interessa la questione più pratica, più tecnica, la camere era ampia, luminosa, pulita, silenziosissima. Il letto comodo con quattro cuscini per scegliere il preferito. Angolo cottura - di design, che magari non interessa ma fa la sua parte - Smart TV e WiFi stabile e veloce. Il bagno era pulito e con ampia doccia, acqua fredda e calda rapida ad arrivare. E, soprattutto, le camere erano profumatissime, di aroma molto gradevole (ma dove l'avete nascosto il diffusore?). Abbiamo trascorso quattro bellissimi giorni in giro per la Tuscia, Viterbo come base e poi a nord verso Civita o a sud verso Palazzo Farnese. Abbiamo scoperto luoghi meravigliosi, un'ottima cucina a km zero, e gente aperta, che ti viene voglia di parlarci. Ovviamente il giudizio è molto positivo. Bravi.

This is a wonderful small, central hotel with a great staff, you will enjoy your stay here!

Clean and comfortable rooms with enough beds for my two daughters and my husband and me. Central location. Excellent staff who assisted us with arranging transportation to and from a wedding and to the airport and train station. Also gave great recommendations for hair stylist, restaurants and tourist attractions. Gracious, friendly and helpful. Delightful people! Nice welcome breakfast basket. Good coffee maker.

The stairs in the rooms are very steep, but that can't be avoided because of the space and how it is divided to include a loft bedroom. The bathroom shower design also wasn't perfect as the door couldn't be opened without spreading water over the floor, which we had to dry with the bath mat. No tissues for the nose or makeup removal were provided.

absolutely everything was wonderful! very stylish lobby greeted us with helpful and friendly staff. our suite size was roomy with great amenities. the bed and shower were perfect. highly recommend!

Great place to stay! I'd stay again if I were back in town.

Great location - easy to access some of the main sites of Viterbo. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, everything seems very new. I had a great welcome and staff is very friendly and nice.

Very nice hotel in a quaint town.

We loved our stay at the Palazzo Ubertini Suites! The property and staff were amazing! We hope to return some day!!

Beautiful historic building, restored with all modern amenities. The property is in the perfect location with the ancient walled city of Viterbo!

The only small detail we didn’t like, was that the temperature was hard to control in our first room. However, they were kind enough to have one of the staff come after hours to move us to a new room which was the perfect temperature. The next day they even treated us to breakfast at a local coffee shop to make up for our trouble, which they didn’t need to do! What amazing service!

Great hotel. The beds are comfortable. The shower has some of the best water pressure we have seen

They gave us a really nice breakfast basket in the room. And the coffee machine was very nice.

We need to learn to work the A/C. It was chilly outside but too warm in the room. We just opened the windows which was fine but need to learn how to work the A/C as it can get noisy in the morning.

This hotel is in a great location - and the people who run it are wonderful, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is beautiful and the room was extremely comfortable with strong wifi and AC! Can’t stress enough how great the staff is .. definitely a great stay in Viterbo!

Perfectly renovated stay in great location with wonderful staff.

The property is in a 16th century or so building but has been renovated to perfection. The rooms are wonderful and fully modern. They feel brand new. The bathrooms are excellent. The staff, particularly Manuela, were just wonderfully helpful. Could not have been better.

Had a great stay and possibility to park our bicycles we arrived on. Very comfortable and modern. We never watch television in a hotel but these have chromecast with Netflix, +1.
