Très bon séjour

Bon rapport qualité prix et bon emplacement, un très grand parc est à côté pour les activités sportives

Le lavabo était bouché et n’a pas été réparé que le dernier jour… pour la grasse matinée il y avait des travaux tous le matin vers 11h…

مابرجع لهم مره ثانيه ابدا

ابدا ما استمتعت بسبب اهمال طاقم العمل و عدم تركيزهم في توفير خدمة بجوده جيده علد الاقل للنزلاء

‎لخدمة جداً سيئة ، مافي تركيز من قبل موظفين الاستقبال و ممكن يكون السبب هو الضغط بسبب نقص عدد الستاف ، ‎1-كنت حاجزه شقه مكونه من غرفه و صاله و مطبخ تنفيذي حق يومين عشان اقضي اجازتي و لما وصلت ماكانو مجهزين ولاشي و عطوني شقه غير عن الي كنت حاجزتها ، بعد ما اتعنيت و رحت للاستقبال مره ثانيه عطوني الشقه الي كنت حاجزتها من البدايه ‎2-الشقه كانت وصخه واضح ان كانو الي قبلنا توهم مسوين جك اوت و عطونا اياها بدون مايتأكدون من نظافتها بالاضافه ان كانت ناقصتها مناديل و فوط و كان النار ف او الفرن خربان لما يت بطبخ و اضطرينا ننادي العامل عشان يصلحه غير ان ادوات المطبخ ماكانت متوفره وكل ما احتاج شي اضطر اني انزل للاستقبال لاني لما اتصل محد يرد ومحد متاح في الاستقبال! ‎ 3-ثاني يوم طلعت فترة الظهر و طلبت منهم في فترة غيابي ان ينظفون الغرفه ، غبت حول ال 4 ساعات و لما رجعت تفاجأت ان الشقه نفس ما هي و ماتنظفت ! و طبعا ارجع اتصل مايردون و اضطريت ان ارجع انزل للاستقبال عشان ابلغهم .. عوضوني بشقه جديده وغيرت الشقه للمره الثالثه ! يعني خلال وجودي في هذا الفندق لمدة يومين اضطريت اني اغير الشقه الي انا حاجزتها من البدايه 3 مرات و انزل للاستقبال كل ما احتجت شي بسبب اهمال و عدم تركيز طاقم العمل ، هذا غير الحشرات الي موجوده في الشقه الي كنت فيها .. خدمة جداً سيئه مع العلم اني زايره الفندق قبل و ما كان جي سيء

better to take better measures when similar situations happen

i stayed in the property over 10 times but this time it was very bad experience the next room guest keep increasing the tv volume till 4 am the management could not control the situation

poor management I heard the full movie for 2 hours called the managment over 5 times to talk to them but no use

Amazing stay at Millennium Mirdif hotel

The location, the facilities and the mall downstairs and the price

The telecommunication , as I tried calling and msging the hotel through the numbers provided before checking in for two days but it didn't work. I highlight the same to the staff and they were aware of it but had no solution. So if anything require direct contact you need to personally be present there in the reception. I guess a system upgrade is require that's all

the room have only one towel and the reception is calling for checkout before the check out time calling 11am before checkout by one hour and the reception gave me the room key without informing me where is the room or block and very annoying sounds from workers in the corridor

Good nights. But I hope there was a noiseproof or a soundproof for the rooms

The stuff were very nice and helpful.

The place is not quite. There was noise and I couldn’t get sleep well. I had to call room services more than once to deal with the noise situation

Worst hotel that should be 1 star and not 4 stars! Stay away!

Rude and slow staff, the room was not clean and full of flies & insects, everything was a mess and there was no intention to fix any issue

بصراحة فندق جديد في مردف جميل ونظيف ورائع .. موظفين الاستقبال رائعون يكفي ابتسامتهم وتراخيهم بالضيوف وأخص بالذكر موظفة الاستقبال روان محترمة ولطيفة

My Review

The reception guy was very nice and helpful, and when i asked for extra towels they were collaborative.

1)i asked for something special for my partner (first time visiting Dubai) but they didn't do anything - a simple welcome note was enough- . 2) When you switch off the AC it makes a sound couldn't sleep well. 3) In second day the garbage basket was not empty, no floor towels, no shower gel.

Never again.

I booked the room a couple of month before my travel with the possibility to cancel it two days in advance. It happend that I had to change my departure for the business trip on arrival straying instead of 5 nights only 4 nights. The hotel refused to change my booking accordingly and blamed booking.com for this. That was not correct since I paid the room directly with the hotel on arrival. The room was also not really clean. I found under the bed a couple of bathing shows from previous guests. As you have plenty of choices in Dubai to stay at I recommend to look for a different place instead. That is what I will do next time.

Overall it was fine , the location was excellent but ghe cleanliness and the noises problem need to be addressed
