Totally worth it the price

My days in North 39 were just lovely! The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The outside area is amazing, son rounded by nature. The pool is big and it was always clean. It is super peaceful, so I could work on the outside tables every day. There is a great rooftop, perfect for working out and practicing yoga - they even have some good yoga mats there. There is a restaurant close by the pool that have good food, kind staff and reasonable prices if you split in 2 (the dishes are kind a big). Everything we ask for help, was quickly solved. A special thak you to Armond, the manager, and Samiksha, the receptionist, for that! I left this place devastated cause I could totally spend more 10 days there hahahah

The location - It is a little bit far to go around without bike. There is an unpaved road that is super dark during the night.

very good mattresses and kisses. Very quiet location and very friendly staff

Unfortunately the same problem as in many hotels - there are no hooks for clothes and other things. Both in the room itself and in the bathroom. The door lock was broken and it always took us ages to get it closed. Furniture is very uncomfortable and old, when air conditioning is on it drips and the whole balcony gets wet

Если бы не расположение и бассейн, смело бы поставили высшую оценку этому отелю как самому аккуратному, чистому и хороше

Понравился доброжелательный персонал, тишина и чистота в отеле, НО убираются только по вашей просьбе :) На 4 этаже есть крытое пространство для занятий йогой. Но там очень во время нашего проживания был очень пыльный пол, хотелось каждый раз помыть перед занятием. Есть тихий кондиционер, чайник, ванная комната, комната чистая, хоть и потрепанная. В целом для Индии это очень аккуратный простой отель «цена-качество»

Бассейн, ледяной, к сожалению купаться невозможно, хоть он и красивый. Расположение, проход к пляжу идет через овражек, затопляемый канализацией и с камнями и булыжниками, мусором, которые скидывают живущие рядом индийцы, через дома которых к слову и проходит половина пути, в одном из домом живет собака на цепи и облаивает проходящих мимо людей в метре от нее (другого пути нет, там узкая улочка), наш трехлетка очень сильно стрессовал.

цена, тишина, любимый пляж Мандрем. не надо сравнивать с отелями Турции и Египта! это Индия! поэтому старая мебель, вода с ржавчиной и уборка по запросу здесь в норме

до пляжа идти через перелесок и частные дома индийцев

I would stay here again for a couple of days but wouldn’t book for the whole of my vacation nice and quiet and can’t fai

Overall cannot complain great value for money the bed was very comfortable and clean. Nice and peaceful location. Could do with some tic but still had a lovely feel to it. The staff were brilliant. Nice and friendly.

Needed to have some sun loungers around the pool needs attention and new decor in the bedrooms

Best reasonable price stay.

Reasonable prices (1k) and location is peaceful not crowded. Nearby Beachss arambol and mandre. Location is accessible by bus you can get rentals. And north goa and panji is also accessible by rentals around 20-40km. Food is btw in area is not available at lower prices but you can dine in at big restaurants nearby. But prefer taking food in north goa(bagha and calangut beach lot of choice). Stay was very good. Advice: follow traffic and always get Yellow number plates in rentals otherwise you will definitely get fined.

Everything about the property was money. They asked to pay before check-in. Were initially charging for pets even when included through booking.com which was however resolved later.

Perfect place for a relaxing trip

The staff were kind , helpful and arranged everything we needed on time. They had cheap and best contacts for rental vehicles , taxi services and any other activities you're trying to find in Goa.

Superb

The best part about the property is their pool which is amidst paddy fields, surrounded by coconut trees. The environment is very peaceful. Rooms are spacious. The owner was very friendly and supportive. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay away from the beach crowd yet enjoy the nature.
