Exceptional

Everything!!, great location, very comfortable apartment, lovely terrace with a beautiful view of sant pau. Easy nice walk to Sagrada familia, supermarket and lots of restaurants close by. Perfect place for a couple for a short visit to Barcelona. Great helpful staff. I'd give it a 12 if I could.

Superb

Loved the position (especially the views from the terrace overlooking the San Pau grounds) the lift the terrace the kitchen particularly the washing machine. The bed was great but could have small bedsides as nothing there. Supermarket very close great pizza place right there. Hop on hop off bus 3 min walk.

I found the furniture in the living room not quite up to standard. Other than that everything was great.

lovely apartment near sagrada familia

lovely terrace with view of the sant pau old hospital. Jan was super friendly and accommodating of our check in time. the metro was a 2 min walk away and sagrada familia was reachable in about a 10-15min walk.

very minor but there isn’t a full length mirror so we used the glass doors of the terrace to do outfit checks!

best suited for a couple, as it was expensive for a single traveler. but it was worth it!

lovely location and amazing view

I began to iron my shirt in preparation for attending a wedding and stopped immediately because the hot surface of the iron was coated with some brown substance that burned my shirt. need a new iron.

We had a great time and I would stay there again. The view really makes up for the couch…You sit on the the balcony most

The view was amazing. Michel was great!!!He was there waiting for us to arrive. He took us up to the appt and told us about the area and what to visit while we were there…He was so very nice and friendly and informative.

The place was small, it is enough for two people but not more than that. The couch needs to be replaced, has seen better days and there really isn’t much storage. only a closet in the bedroom, nowhere to put your luggage if you have more than 2 cases.

Clean appartment with a lovely view od the modernistic St. Pau hospital from the terrace. Fully furnished, all amenities within walking distance. 10 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. Metro station round the corner. Flawless communication with our helpful host Jan.

Beautiful apartment with a nice view!!!

Beautiful apartment with a nice city view 🤗 Spacious and nice terrace by the living room. My hubby & I enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries stores. 10mn walk to Sagrada Familia. The property’s manager Michel is a really nice guy and easy to talk to. Check in is easy even though there’s no front desk on site. Michel met us in front of the property to check us in and did an apartment tours. The tv’s remote control stopped working during our stay. When I contacted Michel about it, he took care of the issue right away by getting a new tv since he couldn’t get another remote for the old tv after trying. He also bought a new plastic bowl when I accidentally melted the old one while trying to steam my rice. Thanks Mike, we appreciate you and will definitely be back!!!

The heat’s noise in the bedroom WiFi can be slow sometimes Other than that, it was a nice stay!

Location, the terrace view is amazing.

the hot water in the shower lasted very little and the heating unit was noisy especially during the night

Central location, close to the Sagrada Famila, two Metro stops within 5 minutes reach, bakeries and supermarket within two blocks distance. Also many restaurant options are available within walking distance. The apartment has an hot-air heating which worked nicely (in December). The apartment is on the 5th floor, elevator available. The bed has a good sleep quality.

WIFI a bit flaky and unreliable. The kitchen could be better equipped....but no major complaints

Perfect, really good bakery was just a minute from apartment.

If you are looking for apartment with terace on rooftop, you have pictures of two apartments in one offer. It´s really confusing and you can be disappointed compared to what you expected from the photos. Despite that, the accommodation was great.

Excellent stay in Sant Paum.

Excellent location, close to many tourist sites however, a strong neighbourhood feeling, with everything you could need outside your door. The apartment has a private terrace, good views, a lift to (Floor 5) and plenty of space. The owners meet for check-in. You can contact them with any concerns. Highly recommend.

Could benefit from a refresh- interior painting and furniture update, as a little tired.

Location near to buses and metro, it was pretty easy to travel around Barcelona. Nice terrace with beautiful view on Sant Pau hospital. 10min walk to Sagrada familia.

Really basic equipment which was really used /dirty sofa, dirty walls/. and the shower head in the bathroom was missing. I would expect more of the accommodation for this price.

Excellent value for money apartment in a great location.

Spacious apartment, great location, great terrace and views. 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia. The Sant Pau Hospital over the road is well worth a visit and the views from Parc del Guinardó are spectacular if you’ve got the energy for the climb.

air conditioning didn’t seem to be working in the bedroom.

The apartment was perfect for a single traveler and would be equally so for a couple...every facility you will need and a bonus of a wonderful, sunny terrace...highly recommend this apartment

All in all great place with a rooftop terrace. Would come again.

Great place with a terrace. Very nice location. A bit far from city centre but close to metro, walk to Sagrada and quite some breakfast and dinner options.

Everything for good nights sleep and kitchenware. Missed some better shampoo and maybe few complementary coffee capsule/tea bags.

The views from the terrace were absolutely beautiful and the sun was on the balcony until about 8 at night. The location was handy for being able to easily walk to Gaudi's cathedral and his gardens. The apartment had everything you needed.

Fabulous apartment.

Everything! The apartment is situated in a lovely area. The Metro is just around the corner which makes it so easy to get around the city. The view from the terrace is amazing , we spent a lot of time our there. Jan meet us at the apartment when we arrived. Such a friendly guy. We had a small problem with the shower hose and it was all sorted the next day. The cooking facilities were great, it had everything we needed to make some nice meals. The washing machine was a great bonus especially as we were staying for 3 weeks. Also the lift to the apartment was great as it's situated on the top floor. There are plenty of lovely restaurants in the street outside the apartment and a 15/20 minute walk will take you to the iconic Sagrada familia. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment . It is on the small side but has everything you need for a perfect holiday in Barcelona. We really hope to stay here again. Fabulous

A great place to stay!

We had a great stay at Sant Pau Apartments! The flat (we rented the smaller one) looked just like the pictures, apart from the view which exceeded our expectations! The apartment was clean and tidy, and the host was very helpful. All in all we had a lovely stay, and will definitely rent again if we ever return to Barcelona.

We used the kitchen quite a lot during our stay, and it did lack some basic utensils and a proper set of plates and bowls (there was only one deep bowl, for example - it was clear that the rest had been broken at some point and never replaced). There were also only three towels (the host told us he would pop by again with a fourth, but he must've forgotten). We would've loved for more bin bags and kitchen towels to be available as well (especially since we stayed for almost a week).

Very good

Communication between letting agents was great. Location was wonderful with great views, bed was very comfortable, lift to the property was a bonus.

Small things Bathroom needs maintenance work, no hand towels or shower mat, no plug for kitchen sink, outside furniture needs attention.
