Superb

Unit itself is great! Malinis and spacious enough. Owner is accommodating and responsive. Safe and easy to do public commute through shuttle service.

This is not against the owner but the surrounding area of the building itself. The elevator was not working, and yung entrance mismo sa building either muddy or messy. Di talaga fault ng owner. Unit itself okay. I think it's uncontrollable naman on the owners part.

Exceptional

The owner of the unit is very responsive to any questions. We are able to sleep comfortably during our stay. The location is very safe and secure because they have a strict security. Proximity wise - just 2 mins walk from the gate of the village to Enchanted Kingdom so no need to ride any tricycle anymore :) The view - you can see Enchanted Kingdom from the Unit itself :)

Decent room close to EK but area is in need of a touch up.

The room itself isn’t to bad, however the building outside needs a lot of work. There was a a lot of water on the floor as we entered the building. It seems like no one is maintaining the area. There is a swimming pool but at the time of our stay there was no water in it and it looks like it needs a lot of work before it can be used again. There is a shuttle service inside the village but you may have to wait awhile for it.

the apt itself is nice, cozy, comfy and feels like home

I love the bed very soft and relaxing. the apartment can hold 2-4 people due to the bean bags though if there is no covid pandemic. Netflix and the internet are a plus for the stay of the night.

The place is kinda confusing only if it's night-time.

Budget friendly but provides a wonderful stay

The space was large, can fit probably around 3-4 persons if not pandemic. Bean bags and netflix were a plus. Heater is also available.

Id like the fast internet and the host was able to solve the broken remote control.

They didnt inform us that there will be no towels provided.
