Beim vorherigen Besuch war es angenehmer

Die Lage ist gut

Wenn jemand in einem Stockwerk über mir gespült hat, ist man aufgewacht, da wohl das Rohr direkt zwischen Zimmer 103/105 durchgeht. Das Fenster war vor meiner Anreise gekippt, wodurch das Zimmer ausgekühlt war. Da die Heizung maximal lauwarm wird, habe ich die ganze Nacht gefroren. Jetzt bin ich erkältet.

Everything was great! Room, breakfast and great staff! Compliments!

room has no closet which is a problem if you come form more than 2 days. Few more hangers infor the rack would be great.

Zentral gelegen und sauber, aber kein Highlight.

Sehr zentrale Lage

Es roch oft nach Rauch, obwohl es ein Nichtraucherhotel ist um 7h morgens wurde gehàmämert, es gibt keinen Aufzug und die Betten werden nur alle paar Tage gemacht.

Super Hotel

Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Frühstückszeiten waren leider nirgends aufgeführt, ich habe die Besitzerin darauf angesprochen und diese hat es sich sofort notiert um dies nachzuholen. Ansonsten war alles Top

great location, needs stairs

The location was very close to downtown. The breakfast was delicious and there were high-quality healthy options. The room was clean and had everything I needed.

Having to lug my suitcase downstairs to check in and then back up the stairs to my room was difficult. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable. I think it would be nice to let people know they can park just one minute away in the Altstadt Parkhaus for 5 euros per day as the hotel parking was something like 12 euros per day.

Gerne wieder!

Das Frühstück ist angemessen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die frische Zubereitung von Eiervariationen. Frühere Checkin- und spätere Checkout-Zeiten wurden sehr großzügig gewährt. Sehr hundefreundlich.

Leider kein Fahrstuhl, dafür wurde aber zuvor angerufen, ob ein Zimmer im 3. OG ginge.

New favourite hotel!

Modern hotel, super staff, responsive booking process and checkout, free parking voucher, the coffee machine, the location - long list!

Hotel doesn’t have an elevator, but that’s normal for smaller hotels in Germany.

Great Location

Great location, close to old town, resturants and bars room had great facilities for a confortable stay.

I did mot like the check in. The receptionist could not speak English, seemed not experienced and difficult to communicate. Said that the morging receptionist was excellent.

Very central location, all essentials available, nice staff.

Great location in the center of Oberursel, very nice staff, clean rooms, everything fine. Breakfast is fine. If back in town, I would book this hotel again.

The rooms are a bit small - fine if you just want to stay overnight. No elevator and the reception in the basement is sub-optimal if you have luggage, but it will be changed soon. No aircon, but management is working on it.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accomodate us. Breakfast was personalised and cooked well.

My stay was excellent in all areas…check in, breakfast selections and very helpful staff.

The hotel is in the centre of the city so one is able to walk to the mail retail area, market, banks, parks and excellent restaurants.

Everything was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and prepared my room quickly even though I was not to check in until 15:00. I arrived very early from a fight from Canada so was very happy to have my room immediately.

Superb hotel, excellent staff, with comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast

Lovely comfortable hotel. Staff were exceptional throughout. Beds were superb (very very comfortable). Nespesso machine, lovely towels and toiletries too. If you’re in this area at all, you should definitely stay here. Cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon and avocado on offer as well as fruits, Cereals, granola, and the full range of continental breakfast offerings too… including warm breads. Best breakfast and superb coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautifully styled hotel in an excellent location. Comfortable beds and well-designed bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff and an excellent breakfast.

As mentioned in a friendly discussion with the manager, the Nespresso machine in the bedroom will be welcomed by some visitors but we would have preferred to be able to make a cup of tea. It might be a good idea to make it clearer that there is no lift. The description in Booking.com states that there is no lift to gain access to the upper floors, but the reception/breakfast room is in the basement, so all visitors need to be able to manage stairs, even those who are staying on the ground floor.
