Poor Maintenance

Loud guest/workers with company trucks load music playing all night.

Room 111 I notified the front desk our toilet wasn’t working and they said till Monday maintenance comes, Couldn’t they move me to another room ??? I don’t know what the smell was but it was bad all 4 days on first floor, never did we received house cleaning, and the guest next to us left tv on all night all day loud and also the beds aren’t so comfortable and for sure there’s bed bugs.

Staff was friendly, but the receptionist was wearing pajamas.

The floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in months, there was no towels, no shampoo, no conditioner. I had to go out and buy some, the kitchinet looked dirty, the sheets in the bed looked the same. I made my reservation until Sunday and my room was checked out on Saturday, when I returned to my room I couldn't open the door and the reception advised that I was checked out with my things still in the room. It was a horrible experience !

There were no shampoo in the room. Had to get it in lobby. Not helpful when arriving at night after tired day of working. Bed had a lot of hair. Had to clean all off so I can get some sleep.

I will not go back to this property.

There was no breakfast. I liked the location of the facility.

The hotel is not cleaned well. There was no one on site overnight - we checked out at 7:30 am and still no one on site. A couple's room key failed to function and they were stuck in the lobby all night. We called the number provided and no one answered. Terrible service. I booked and prepaid through booking.com. The property was listed as pet friendly, but there was no disclosure of the non-refundable pet deposit and pet rent that I was charged on arrival. I told the front desk clerk about it, and she just asked if I wanted to go somewhere else. There is dog poop all over the property that is not picked up.

Nice and quiet location smaller beds than advertised and cheap frames, no curtains

Clean nice room and kitchen and full fridge

The bed was NOT a queen bed it was a full, bed frame would move anytime you get into bed or out of bed no walking space on sides of bed, no towels where provided for kitchen or handwashing only bath towel, no toiletries, also no curtains for the windows whatsoever

nice, clean comfortable rooms, convenient location just needs more air filtration in the hallways

it’s nice and conveniently close to visit family

the stinking hallways with multiple different ethnic foul smelling food odors mixed with a cleaner & the children acrobat’s in the room above

thanks for giving me a good base to work from

long term stay ammenities : full fridge/cook stove top/proper kitchen sink/microwave/lots of shelf space/coat hangers for drying stuff good shower pressure/water temp rage

sandwiched between two dog occupied rooms, the dogs barked whenever someone walked by... someone sounded like they were roughhousing with a dog (trying to get it riled up) later in the evening than seemed appropriate and I didnt want to complain, but it was a little annoying/distracting... quiet hours? also generally easy to hear thru the walls

I stay at this property for 20 days with my family front Dess ladies were very rude very disrespectful AC did not work in our room asked to be transferred to another room and I also asked for a full refund
