Perfect for what we needed!

Check-in was super easy thanks to the video sent via email. Our family of four were very comfortable and both kids enjoyed having their own bed. The bed was probably the most comfortable sleep we had during our entire Europe vacation. It was soft and the pillows weren’t flat.

It’s right off a busy road, but we weren’t bothered by road noise.

Delightful Liechtenstein

It felt like home. Comfy beds, great kitchen, huge TV and plush rugs. A very pleasant walk to Vaduz only 2km away and so close to the bus stops. Nice and warm! Thank you for making our trip so amazing.

The wifi dropped in and out most of the time, and the clothes dryer took a very long time to dry clothes. And they still didn't dry even after 2 hours. Some instructions would be good. A shower curtain would be great. Also we couldn't get a couple of the window shutters to close so maybe a little bit of repair is needed. Or maybe we just didn't know how 😆

Il miglior alloggio a Schaan

Tutto, era veramente bella pulita e ordinata, tutto tenuto benissimo e Patrick è stato super gentile in tutto.

Il bagno (la parte del gabinetto) è piccolo e non c’è ventilazione il che non è il massimo. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Interessante Unterkunft

Es war sehr interessant und cool ausgestattet, vollkommen ausreichend für uns und kann man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Bäcker gleich ggü. und zur Innenstadt auch fußläufig ohne Probleme machbar.

Ideale Basis für einen Liechtenstein-Familientrip

Angesichts der Hotelpreise in Liechtenstein hatte das Appartment für uns 3 Leute ein hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Küche ist o.k. ausgestattet um ggf. auch die hohen Liechtensteiner Restaurantpreise vermeiden zu können. Im Wohnzimmer kann man gemütlich zusammen fernsehen. Ganz besonders loben möchte ich die sehr unkomplizierte (kostenlose) Parkplatzsituation. Schlüsselübergabe und Zutritt zum Appartment hat sehr gut funktioniert. Gut fand ich auch, dass wir das Appartment auch für eine Übernachtung buchen konnten.

Zu Fuß ein bisschen weit weg von Zentrum aber das ist eher eine Kleinigkeit. Handyempfang war schwach, dafür aber das Internet gut.

I personally wouldn’t stay there again.

I know for some people might mean nothing but there was no coffee left as the cleaning ladies forgot. I LOVE waking up in the morning having a cup of coffee mainly on vacation. There was no shower curtain so made the floor very slippery. We were left only 2 towels so we had to use our wet towels again. The pillows are horrible in my opinion. The location for us was not great and should have stayed in Triesenberg. I have to say the host was great but when I asked where was the coffee his response was the cleaning staff forgot :(

Easy to find with convenient parking, bigger than we thought with three bedroom areas set up.

Perfect stay close to Vaduz

Everything was perfect. The flat is very well located, close to Vaduz (20 min on foot), clean, with all the facilities and very comfortable. The host (Patrick) was extremely helpful and responsive. Great value for money.

Nothing "royal" about the Royal Apt 2

Free parking.

Hot and stuffy. No AC and windows only open onto the road. It was never less than 28 degrees C in this dark little apartment. Free shared laundry facilities in a separate building are horrible - after 3 hours in the dryer the clothes were totally wet with nowhere to hang them up to dry. Toilet room has a strange added on bidet connected to the sink faucet. Shower has no enclosure or curtain. Bathroom outlet is high on the wall above a large set of shelves requiring a step ladder. Speaking of the step ladder, it's conveniently located in the bedroom where one is apparently supposed to use it to climb out the window to sit in the "patio".

Solo per una notte di passaggio

Comoda sia la posizione che il parcheggio. Istruzioni chiare per l'arrivo ed il check in. Appartamento molto spazioso

Arredato alla rinfusa. Ci sono ancora le insegne e gli adesivi del salone di moda che era in precedenza. Non da senso di calore ed accoglienza ma di una casa ad ore...

What a superb apartment! Fantastic location, hugely spacious, wonderfully clean and brilliantly decorated, we loved it! Also, the beds were so comfortable it was like sleeping in a cloud.

There is a shop just across the road to buy milk and coffee etc. Host sent a video before arrival explaining how to get keys etc. very easy😃

Bedding was acceptable. Could offer more pillows. The sheet on the mattress felt like a mattress protector, not a sheet.

large apartment , somewhat equipped kitchen , Netflix available on TV

there was only half a toilet paper roll for our family of 4 ! the owner did not leave any spare rolls anywhere ! the hand soap dispenser was empty , we had to wash our hands with the shower gel. no curtain for the shower so water goes all over when showering

The apartment is on the ground floor and the windows of the living room and kithcen are facing the street , I did not like this

A hidden gem A+++

The apartment was amazing, very clean, spacious and quite. A realy nice place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer!

Okay for one night but the whole place is rather weird.

This property is well located close to a big supermarket. There is free parking outside. The property is a reasonable size.

The property was not clean. For instance, the last guests' dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher. The overall place is very odd, there is a strange room which you have to climb out of a window to reach, where someone can sit in a sofa and watch what is happening in the double bed. The whole place is like an underground basement, rather creepy. Expensive for what it offers. Sorry, wouldn't stay again.

It was ok for a single night, but I cannot recommend staying here.

Main bed was comfortable.

There is another place up the Rd with the exact same address which was confusing. The place looks like somebody just vacated it for the night (clothes,food, personal items lying around). It was way too expensive, but so is everything in Liechtenstein. There were no sheets on the beds, apart from the main bed. No coffee to use in the machine provided. It was in a strange, industrial location.

Great place to stay in within Lichtenstein!

It was very stylish, with much panache, while being comfy and cozy. It also had everything we needed for our trip, thus we reckon, that it's a good place to stay in.
