Big inviting home. Close to 3 sister's lookout

It was home away from home. Communications were great with the host. Cosy and well appointed, the rooms were tidy, and it housed all 12 of us comfortably. We loved that each room had its own bathroom, so no fretting about sharing the one bathroom. The house was spotless and we enjoyed most of our time in the living area which was a nice open layout. There were plenty of games, toys for the little ones and some books for the big kids to relax and read. Kitchen was well stocked, all you needed was your own food and drinks. There was also plenty of on street parking as well as out back of the property. We loved how close the house was to the 3 Sisters lookout. You could walk to it in 15-20 mins or its a short 5 min drive away. Scenic World wasn't too far either. It was close to town and only a few mins walk f to the RSL and Cafe Lurline for a great coffee and breakfast. Would definitely book again if it was a sizable group. We loved Mary's Villa it really did feel like home away from home.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay would stay again. We have already recommended MaryVilla to others

the beds were comfortable & the bed linen was very good. A big plus for me. The kitchen was well equipped.

The bathroom light in the twin room did not work. I requested 13 separate beds to be made up &there were only 11 beds made up. Luckily as it turned out, there were only 10 of us. Due to cancer treatment & illness 3 0f our group were unable to come on the trip. Just a suggestion for the showers over the spa baths, a hand rail would be very useful to prevent possible accidents.

Great location and size

Huge house, great location. Loads of bathrooms. Very well stocked in terms of games, condiments etc.

Quite old and in need of a revamp soon. Payment has to be through a gateway that charges 2.9% , which is also for the refundable deposit.

Most enjoyable.

The house was spacious and met our needs. The beds were very comfortable.

A house handbook would have been useful. There was an issue with the electricity but this was handled in a timely and professional manner.

Very good

It suited our group - 9 people (3 couples and 3 singles) so we all had a room and bathroom for ourselves. It is centrally located so we could walk to places if we wished.

Thouroughly comfortable and enjoyable! Thanks Heidi and Luke!

Centrally located, accommodates a large group or families and has 6 bathrooms. Plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils, a wonderful large dining table and lots of living space. Air conditioning in living area and all bedrooms which was a relief after days in the low to mid thirties. Everything worked and there was ample off-street parking ( we had 4 cars for ten of us). Nice outdoor sitting areas both the front verandah and round the back. Loved it so much that our group has booked again in 2024 and for an extra day!

There was nothing we didn’t like. I would like to suggest that perhaps some light blankets be available for the warmer weather months. Night time temperatures during our 3 night stay didn’t get below about 16 degrees with one night staying in the high twenties. Doonas are just too hot!

Perfect home for a small group but be well aware noise or unregistered visitors won’t be toleratef.

Really loved the property. it was ideal for our purposes, a group of runners and supporters who don’t want to queue for bathrooms.

Had a dispute about payment but it was sorted as we expected - thanks booking.com.

located in the main road, easy to access surround tourist places attractions.

No wifi connection even though we did contracted Silva and received a message with the instructions but couldn’t found the name of the wifi (my group 2 people have knowledge about IT) but couldn’t use wifi during their stay, another thing is they tried to turn on the heater on the last 2 nights due to cold weather but couldn’t get through (the main screen control was showing that set to automatic and lock the screen without other instructions) Yes sadly I only knew these from my friends on the last morning and I think somehow they are not really satisfies

Excellent house for a large group in a great location.

Gorgeous house in a perfect location. Plenty of off-street parking. Very clean and tidy. The hosts were quick to assist with replacing an empty gas bottle for BBQ and were professional and friendly.

The combustion fire was dirty, full of soot making it hard to have a fire. The two click-clack pull-out double beds were extremely uncomfortable, both 'tipped' during the night when you moved too much resulting in two of our guests have very poor sleep. They were definitely not double beds, or single beds for that matter. Owners should consider replacing, or only using as a couch and advertising as sleeps 14. We were told it slept 16.

You'll waste time getting things fixed on Text messages rather than enjoying your stay.

Spacious, Clean, Location and Parking.

1. The contact numbers provided do not answer your phone call. 2. You're asked to send text messages. There is no way you speak to someone. 3. SMS replies are delayed by hours. No response or attention to any issues you report. 4. We reported issue with heating, it didn't work. They didn't address the issue. 5. We suffered a lot as it was very cool. So did the small Children in our group.
