Bed bugs, dirty sheets, and rude customer service
Nothing
The room had dead roaches the bathroom looked like it had mold. Customer service was by far the worst I have experienced in my life they refused to change our sheets that were go eyed in makeup. Never again!!!!

I'd rather sleep in my car
The staff was nice and accommodating
I did not like the area, there were a lot of people hanging out, arguing, smoking etc. We stayed for 2 hours and found another hotel. It was horrible there's rentedthe studio ^ portion of the hotel. Never again.

I feel like I did not get my money worth at this hotel.
I liked how conveniently the hotel was right next to a Denny’s that offered a discount to hotel guest
The rooms were dirty. The hall smelled bad and dirty; the pool was under maintenance.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME AT THIS PROPERTY.
NOTHING.
Well for starters I was charged twice once from booking. com and again at the property. Once I arrived at the property the woman at the desk INSISTED I NEVER PAID AND I HAD TO PAY AGAIN. rudest ever. So I paid again. The first room they sent me to was 369 super hot super stuffy. AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK although the man showing the room to metriedto convince me it would cool down gradually. LIE!!! I told him I could not sign his device oking the room so he took me to the next room 370. Same exact issue AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK!! I accepted the room solely because I was exhausted. What a mistake that was. I was sweating throughout the night. It was cooler outside the building. Besides the air not working there was no chair or alternate place to sit except the bed. The nightstand was ripped off the wall entirely. There were zero cooking utensils or dishes to eat from although this was studio 6.

Very good
Close to the freeway
Room keys deactivated everyday. Rooms not completely finished for renovation. Didn't keep rooms clean didn't change sheets or towels daily. Facility dirty price was too high for the facility not to be clean.

Not worth $135.45 for one night, better options for $75
There was a huge pile of old / dried up human feces in the emergency stairwell extending up the wall along with stuck toilet paper. Yes, outside. On the wall and floor. Room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana in a non smoking room. Lack of cleanliness. Dust all over the floors. There were crumbs in the cupboards. The floors were sticky. Brown stains on the bathroom doors. Graffiti on the bathroom doors and walls. Thin blanket that did nothing to keep you warm. You have to pay to watch TV. The outlets didn’t work except one of them on the opposite side of the room. Only one ceiling light near the entrance of the room. The shower is only able to reach a certain lukewarm temperature by secondhand alterations. No complimentary lotions, hair cap, and only received one wash cloth for a two guest room that could fit up to 4 people. Hallway door doesn’t lock leading to outside trespassers / very suspicious part of the city. Pool looked dirty. Only one stairwell opens to all 3 floors.
