A very spacious flat in the centre of Rhayader.

Ideally situated in the town centre. Opposite the Co-op. Parking free a little bit further on. Very spacious and clean property. All as described. Very easy to get the key from the owners. Communication prior to stay very clear. Accommodating with our time of arrival.

Tidy and clean

Flat was really clean and tidy handy, having co-op opposite and very welcoming to us even my Boarder collie

Only criticism I could find if I had to was on a road, but that didn't matter much because it was a small town

Fabulous accommodation in an ideal location.

It was in an ideal location and the owners were lovely. Everything we needed was in the flat. It was very comfortable.

Sofa bed could have been a little bit more comfortable.

Comfortable, clean and stylish!

The property was so well equipped, clean, comfortable and very stylish! The hosts gave us a really warm welcome when we arrived along with some Welsh cakes which went down a treat!

property was very clean, with nice decoration, made us feel relaxed straight away. Neal and Lesley have been very responsive and accommodating.

A great discovery, I'll be back!

Location, street parking opposite the property, friendly host, high standard of the accomodation. Great location for the town and surrounding area. Wide choice of pubs and places to eat; we ate in The Crown and the atmosphere, beer, food and staff was all great. Will definitely visit again.

Very central and handy. Would go again.

Parking is difficult but it is a very small town. Street parking between 8pm and 8am but there is a blittke alley opposite next to the co-op and there is street parking 24/7 there. Turn left at the village clock then first left and half way down you will see the pedestrian alley which brings you out at the B&B

Nice, clean apartment

Lovely clean apartment in a good location. Everything you need for a short stay is supplied in the apartment. We would recommend it to others.

Bedroom window lets in a lot of noise. Woken at 5-30am by a co-op delivery right opposite the apartment.

Amazingly decorated Great location, everything was easily accessible from where the place is Black out blinds were great and offered privacy at the front of the house Great facility Amazing bath! Pet friendly!

Bed was comfortable but I believe it was a memory foam type, so the centre of the mattress was much higher and formed a ridge, giving not a lotnof space for movement

EXCELLENT Fully equipped and cozy apartment, beautifully decorated. Great base for attending RWAS Winter Fair. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Enjoyed our stay very much. Would return and stay longer to enjoy the beauty of the area.

Good location. Everything we wanted was included there. Ideal outside garden/patio area in summer.

Being a cold November evening, the property needed more heating in the lounge area. It did warm up with electric fire but rather cold on arrival.

Lovely, centrally located one bed apartment.

Lovely centrally located apartment in Rhayader. Very well equipped, cosy and warm on a wet Welsh weeknight. Everything we could have wished for to self cater (although as only there for one night we opted to eat out at one of the many pubs nearby), and all spotless. Bathroom great, bed comfy. Les was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely return.

Weekend break in wales

Comfy bed,good kitchen and lounge facility's were very nice. Bathroom was also very nice. All in all a lovely apartment.

Cobwebs, quite a few to be honest.
