Uninterrupted sea views take all the glory at this grade II listed Georgian apartment. Placed right in the heart of vibrant Margate and just steps from the beach, its central location impresses too. Inside, the interiors fuse vintage with contemporary to perfection – much like Margate itself. Kids will love the bunk beds in the adjoining secondary bedroom –⁠ connected to the master suite with a nifty sliding pocket door. While over in the main bedroom, a king-sized bed is positioned 'just so' to take in those ever-changing sky and sea views. And for those looking to work remotely, there is a separate desk space should you need to squirrel yourself away for a while. When the beach outside calls, pack up the apartment’s buckets and spades and stride straight out onto the silk-sanded shores (if you time the tide right). Or take a mosey along the promenade down to the Instagram-friendly kitsch amusement park, Margate Dreamland (sixteen-minute on foot), for a hefty dose of seaside nostalgia.
