Perfect venue and beautifully decorated for our Christmas stay.

I liked the detail of instructions given by the owner to use each appliance. Also all the little things were provided. Washing up liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, washing detergent, tea, coffee, sugar and pods for the coffee machine, shampoo and body wash, plenty of toilet roll and towels and bedding. We didn't have to pop to the shop for anything it was a real pleasure to stay there.

Very happy for the purpose we required the accommodation for which was for work purposes.

There was two colleagues staying and it was perfect for two people. Exceptionally clean and due to the stay being for 3 weeks, they kindly offered to clean the property weekly free of charge, which was a lovely touch and welcomed.

Superb

Light & airy bungalow, great shower & garden with seating. Communication before & during stay was faultless. We stayed during a mini heatwave, but fans in each room were helpful although the bungalow has a good through draught. Tesco express across the road was also very handy.

Nothing that was a dealbreaker to staying here again.

Perfect! A great place to stay and brilliant host.

the colour scheme, design, facilities and the position and area.

Nothing - loved it! only comment was the access that required us driving past and coming back to the traffic lights to park

Excellent!

The facilities were really good, instructions on how to use everything were easy to find and everything worked as described. The house is modern and full of light, with a big open space at the back which was very private. The bed was amazing - huge, comfortable and with an excellent duvet. The shower was good and easy to work, with plenty of hot water. Supplies of everything were on hand - coffee and tea, sugar and milk, a coffee machine with pods, plenty of crockery and cutlery and even sufficient clothes airers to dry the washing. Parking on site made access easy. We could not have asked for another single thing.

Nice place in the heart of the centre,very convenient stay. Wish you all the best!

Communication was excellent. We felt looked after very well. From beginning of the booking I got so much information and genuinely welcomed to the place. No difficulty whatsoever with instructions to find or leave the key. I am very grateful to Adelina letting us to add two more people at the last minute. Worth for money 🌹

Less room in between bed and the wall in first bedroom. Still it’s not a big issue.

Very good

THE LOCATIoN WAS VEry easy for town and for the event/ family gathering that we were attending. The Tesco express opposite was very handy . The bungalow was immaculate and very well appointed. Lovely facilities and the hosts were very generous with th toiletries, coffee, ice cream and wine - thank you very much. Fans were provided too which were very welcome.

It was located on a very busy road and the bedrooms were facing on to the road so the sleep time was not quiet and so not conducive to open windows and it was very hot.

A really lovely place to stay, home from home and an excellent location.

Excellent location, although on main road, parking was easy with a large off-street driveway. The bungalow is spacious and well maintained, clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen area for your cooking requirements. There's a handy dishwasher and washing machine for those longer stays. Communication from booking to leaving the property after our stay was brilliant. Thank you so much for this.

The bungalow can get quite warm, but the large patio doors helped cool the living/kitchen areas down. There are fan provided in the two bedrooms if required.

Best rental apartment in the Maidstone area

The space is absolutely lovely, located right off the motorway. The place was super clean and well designed, It is totally lovely. It also had a Tesco right across the road and the host was simply lovely, checking in on me the next day to make sure we had all we need. Oh, they had Netflix and Sky too!

Came up to Maidstone for a funerial with my 90 year old Mum. Bungalow was perfect for our needs.

Bungalow was decorated and furnished in a modern stylish way to a very high standard. The host sent helpful information through by email so there were no problems or questions when we arrived or during our stay.

Property is on a busy road so there is some noise in the bedroom in the morning but it wasn't too bad and I can't think of any other issues.

Lovely modern spacious bungalow, exceptionally clean with all the mod cons for a very comfortable stay.

Property looks very new, immaculate inside, close to road, but with ear plugs didn’t disturb us.
