Very unsatisfied

Good location only

First foremost front desk employee was really never available ,we also were told we couldn’t have towels we was told that we had to wash our own towels to reuse , the water in the shower was nothing but droplets the bed was uncomfortable

All was good, I just didn’t like the receptionist attitude as soon as we arrived.

I will never stay here again.

Absolutely nothing! The guy in the front did his best. That was the only good thing. The experience was terrible. I wish I could say something else that was positive.

The room was filthy. It was non-smoking but smelled horrible. The bed was terrible. The sheets had blood stains. The toilet kept running and there was mold in the bathroom. People were loitering outside at all hours. The staff was unorganized. Apparently they were overbooked. I only stayed for one of the two nights that reserved. It was a terrible experience.

This is a step below Motel 6 I would not waste my time.

There was parking available for no charge. The beds were made, I don't have much good to say about this hotel.

The staff made us wait at check in while they had a private conversation. They were not pleasant or even acted like they wanted to be there. These were some of the worst beds I have ever slept in. The room smelled like mildew and the tv was so old it should be thrown out. The water pressure for a shower was a joke. I would not stay here again.

But this location needs a staff on location I don’t think he was on duty there and the key to the door did not work and ac unit was not working

I couldn’t check in. I arrived around noon and no one was at the front desk. Call the front desk and the lady who answered told me the check in was until 10pm 😳

I will definitely stay there again.

This location was very clean, and had friendly staff. Construction made it a little hard to find. If I knew about this place before, I would have stayed here.

Overall it was OK. Cheeseit crackers did not get cleaned up for 3 days..

Extended Stay

there is nothing to like. A place without room service, no place to discard trash, clogged toilet, not the best. the only responsible is booking.com for sponsoring this type of venues. I even lost revenue and reservations were a fiasco.

the room i was first assigned had flushing issues, the refrigerator nasty with lots of corrosion, the microwave with corrosion, and unsanitary to even use. The second room assigned was much better and adapted to my needs. It met ADA regulations. The downside no room service

Extremely dirty, uncomfortable and hot.

Liked that it was right off the expressway easy to get out of.

Beds super hard and pillow’s extremely thin. Felt like it was an uncomfortable hospital bed. Bedsheets had dirt from who knows what on top as well as random hair in the bed under the covers. Room was small but the AC even on low, high fan and constant still made the room warm. Had to clean some weird sticky gunk off the table just to put our stuff down. Worst part about the stay was the bathroom. The facet was something I did not want to touch as it had grime, major rust, and large quantities of calcium buildup in and around the handles. Went to go try to show to find hair in the tub portion and on the edge of it. There was someone’s pubic hair on the edge of the toilet rim and hair in one of the towels. I’ve been to many hotels due to traveling,but this had to be the worst one yet for my partner and myself.
