Five star hotel

New and modern hotel with top notch cleanness and comfort. Will definitely stay there again if we’re staying in Christchurch.

酒店员工热情、礼貌。会指引泊车。前台工作人员介绍详细，礼貌，能积极处理问题。酒店华人员工热情接待，令人宾至如归。

房间的房门没有保险栓。是很大的安全隐患。退房当日的9点左右，我们还未起床，酒店异性员工刷卡进了房间，虽然他及时退出门外并表示抱歉，但仍让我们两个女生心有余悸。在后续的沟通过程中，工作人员表示该员工是接收到了错误的指示进行房间的清扫，并退回了我们当晚全额房费。然而，这并不是一次好的住宿体验，令人担心、恐惧，让我觉得是一个很大的安全隐患。

전반적으로 새로 리노베이트 되어 깔끔하고 편안합니다. 공항이 가깝고 이동이 편리합니다.

시내 중심까지 걸어서 가기에는 좀 거리가 있어 차로 이동해야 합니다.

Disappointing

Nice bathroom, comfortable bed.

Breakfast cafe was closed due to a public holiday- staff didn’t tell me this when I checked in. The room was very cramped.

Good location. Very clean room! Comfy bed.

It's very clean and the bed is comfy. The staff is very friendly and will answer all your questions and you can check with them about the local attractions and restaurants. So close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very comvenient.

Really delighted with staff and room which exceeded expectations.

Didn’t have breakfast as already planned to have out but given how pleased we were with room etc would definitely have another time. Liked greeting and helpfulness and personable reception staff.

Only thing would recommend improving is better quality coffee/ hot chocolate sachets as ones provided were pretty tasteless!!

Empfehlung für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Upgrade auf executive. Gute Lage. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Gute Ausstattung. Tipp: Essen im koreanischen Restaurant nebenan ist lecker und preiswert. Reservieren!

Modern & tidy room

Modern & tidy room; we had the 2 bedroom & there was a good size lounge area & kitchenette. Cafe downstairs looked popular but we didn’t have time to try it.

Upon arrival the room had a strong ‘cleaning chemical’ smell, but this dispersed by opening all the windows. There is a lot of street noise if you like sleeping with windows open.

Modern and classy.

We were given a free room upgrade which was nice. Room very spacious, modern and fresh. Nice bathroom with huge shower and big towels.

The Tv was a mystery to us, and took ages to get something to watch. At least we had free access to Netflix which took a while to discover.

Perfectly nice for a short visit to Christchurch only a bus hop away from the center

Rooms looked classy and had all the amenities needed. Also: super clean! Nice to have a breakfast restaurant with friendly staff in the same building (though we didn't try it out)

Reception was at times not manned due to lack of staff (not a fault of the accommodation) but could be well reached by phone when needed. Bed was a tad bit hard
