Best hotel in Kingston!

The property was very clean and well maintained. There was a gym equipped with new machines, an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Breakfast was included which had many breakfast options (hot and cold) to choose from and was delicious! The breakfast staff always made sure that the areas were clean and refilled. The room was spacious and came with amenities. The bed was very comfortable and came with assorted types of pillows. I appreciated that there was no carpet. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs. The property is conveniently located. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown Kingston and close to the highway. Parking is free which is always a plus. Overall, Hampton Inn is a definite must stay while in Kingston!

The pool area closes at 9 pm. I would have appreciated it if it closed a little later.

Finalement nous somme resté 1 nuit de plus comme cet hôtel était très bien!

Comme nous avions passé une excellente première soirée et nuit, nous avons réservé une 2eme nuit le jour même tout en gardant notre chambre, l'accueil et le service était donc parfait.

Toujours rien à redire pour ce 2ème séjour agréablement passé!

Dernière étape agréable avant de retourner sur Montréal.

Hôtel tout neuf (2 ans) qui est bien entretenu avec une piscine, un spa et une salle de sport en excellent état. Le petit déjeuné était bien fourni, sucré et salé pour faire plaisir à tous le monde.

An excellent choice

The hotel is well appointed, modern, and clean. The beds are comfortable and the room is a good size with a sitting area. The pleasant breakfast area offers a variety of hot and cold options with plenty of fruit choices. The front-desk staff are friendly, welcoming and good ambassadors for the hotel brand. The locally-owned Duchess Pub is across the street and has good food choices at decent prices. There are other chain food restaurants within walking distance. We were impressed with the walking trail right outside the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

So wonderful!

Breakfast is good, but if it can be postponed to 11 AM, it would be better. I prefer to wake up later. Lol room is nice and clean. Reception is so friendly! 24 hours coffee and tea is soooo sweet!

The pillows are so soft, I prefer to the tough ones.

I’ve stayed here a few times. Rooms are clean, staff is very helpful. They have 24 hr coffee and tea and a good breakfast.

Low staff supervision; Low responsibility

Missing slippers in the room, even in bathroom. There was body lotion instead of hand soap and obviously it is not working well. We asked from house keepers to change it, but they did not do it. There was not any supervision on pool. The pool was full of persons with cloths in the water. They mistaken the river with public pool. The water was dark and I asked reception to announce them to exit from water, but nothing was happened. There was a board in pool with this sentence: "wash your body with soap and warm water before entering the pool". but there was not any soap over there, even in entire of the pool area!

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix, le meilleur que nous ayons eu lors de notre séjour au Canada. Piscine et jacuzzi très agréables.

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, nous entendions très bien nos voisins mais heureusement ils se sont calmés en fin de soirée

Clean, spacious and comfortable motorway stop.

The hotel is off the 401 - not in Kingston - which is great is you're breaking up a journey and don't need to be in Kingston. It's spacious, comfortable and clean with a gym and a small indoor pool. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was basic and coffee/tea freely available.

I was road weary from many hours of travel but well rested after a night at the Hampton

The room was modern, clean and had plenty of space. The fitness room was well equipped with cardio and weights. Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I'm not a fan of the pillows, they are way too soft. But I always travel with my own so no big deal.

Nice hotel

Great hotel, close to the motorway and not far from the city, there are a supermarket and 2 restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are great for one night, there is a small coffee machine and a fridge available. Check in and out are easy. Breakfast is great, they have waffle pans, so you can have fresh and warm waffles for breakfast! So warmly recommended.

On the Road Again!!

The room was so clean comfortable and very quiet...Your staff were friendly and the female breakfast staff walked around to each table as she was closing the breakfast area and ensured that everyone had everything they needed before she closed up.. we came for a hockey tournament and your location was perfect. Easy to go the waterfront and the Invista Center. Thank you for a great stay!! Your bed and pillows were awesome. We were very impressed with the secirty guards friendliness as well.

1. the TV is not smar. cannot connect youtube . 2. no Lock for the bathroom 3. some one hit out door and run Friday night/Saturday morning (around 12:30 AM ). we lost our sleep after that . we would like the hotel management to check the camara and confirm this is somethig not alarming .

I would stay here again

Everything was awesome. Pool was a little small but good for kids. Breakfast sausages undercooked, but was free so not complaining. Very clean and staff are wonderful! Very personable and accommodating
