Deceptive Listing

I don't know if I can even rate this place as we never stayed at the property because the actual property was different from the advertisement. The host sent us a door code at 10:45 with a different address to the advertisement. We didn't check this well and got to the advertised property address at 23:09, only to realize that the advertised property was different from that provided. We called the host and she said that the property was two minutes from that advertised address and that the error was a listing one!!! We went into the Crescent the property was supposed to be at and it was the most ghetto and run down place ever! We told her we won't be able to stay there as we didn't feel safe in the neighborhood and ended up staying at a friend's for the night of 07/07, and rented a place on Airbnb for the rest of the stay. We're yet to receive a refund and or compensation from booking.com for this deception and stress.

The hosts paid attention to the small details. There were items that we didn't even think of there. That helped out a lot. The hosts responded to us promptly to any need we had. Check in was easy and check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again if needed.
