At peak season, for budget stay it was ok ok but they rudeness of the owner was a big red flag

actually it was like i didnt have any other option so i chosen it

Room had less space i felt claustrophobic, it was clean. didnt tried food there, although I was ok with everything but the owner was not a good guy at all when he talked to me he straight up that from where you booked this i replied "Booking.com" He rudely said dont book from them they dont give us our share and booking.com looting us if you want to stay one more night you have to book offline his tone was so rude i didnt liked at all

Exceptional

Every room has modern facilities which other hotels doesn't. The rooms are very nice and blankets are enough to keep you warm. The staff are also well behaved and vert polite like I even can't hear😆. Anyways..I loved this hotel😌

Not clean toilets, Rude Manager, good location, no power backup

1. Location is near mall road. 2. It is okay for 600-700 per day. But not more than this. 3. There is inhouse food facility at hotel which is reasonable. 4. Behaviour of staff is okay but manager is weird.

1. There is no power backup in the hotel . 2. Hotel owner asked us to cancel booking.com reservation. 3. The manager / owner is rude in nature. He tries to charge extra for every opportunity. 4. He asked 500 per day extra for heater. (100-200) is still reasonable.. 5. It's checkin and check out timings are also different from other hotels. Like it's 10 am here as check in time. 6. Toilets are not clean. 7. It's a old property and some of the photos of rooms on booking.com are not real.

My favorite place Manali

The property was more than what I expected for what I was paying for my stay. Amazing food & location, it is at a 5 minutes walking distance to all prime locations of Manali. Staff is very prompt & disciplined. It is away from traffic sounds, I could park my car at a safe parking. The best part is I got hot & cold running water 24 hrs. The property is worth money.

I liked everything for the money I paid.

What not to like, for the money I paid there. Location, view, food (in affordable price), courteous staff, full of amenities.

It was a nice stay in Hotel Himalayan.i was staying alone.next tym vl defiantly visit with my family. Manager is very nice person. Owner of the property Mr Sanjay is vry polite & helping personality.

Though it was mentioned tht booking includes with breakfast...they denied breakfast..nd after first day we found it is below to our dignity to ask for breakfast so we avoided....overall we can only say it is cheating to your customers...don't expect this type of property to remain in this app.

The attitude of the hotel ppl...specially the so called owner...

Extremely rude and disrespectful . i need an urgent callback.

Initially the host was nice , then we realised he is not a nice person . Extremely rude and unprofessional. There were girls with us travelling and they were totally unsafe . The staff were not nice and one big flirty .

One of the best tour which I enjoyed.

Exceptionally good, home like food, staff very polite & attentive. Management helped in managing my tour itinerary, they arranged my complete tour very nicely. Location is in the heart of Manali.

I am very happy to have my stay here in The Himalayan Regency Manali.
