Over all the stay was superb the staff was friendly and accommodative and the unit is highly recommendable

Affirdable, clean and parking is very secure and safe

It’s just an average stayed

No breakfast served the location is near the burnham park our van can go up in the facilities without going down the passengers because the road is very bad

If the road is been done before xmas time

The owner is very approchable, but for my experience I will not book again in this Property for my bd experience. Becaus

1. Its near the burnham park, just 15-30 mins. Away. There is a Restaurant nearby, great location if you want a little bit quiet place. 2. The owner was nice enough to let us early check-in, because we arrived at baguio around 1PM and the check-in time is 2PM 3. The owner immediately message you there contact no. once you agreed to the booking. 4. The owner was always available even its 11PM. 5. The house has Humidifier, equip with nice kitchen utensils and cookwear.

1. There is a construction going on beside the condominium so expect its a big loud. 2. At first we have the hard time explaining to the taxi driver where it is located bec. it was new to them, so you have to explain it was beside this Hotel. 3. "Cleanliness" this one of my major concern because of my Asthma. Once we came to the room it was nice, but dissapoutment, the electric fan was not clean, you we are able to see the dust around the fan (and that a big no). 4. "Bed" The masterbed room bed is wiggly, we are not able to sleep on the bed the whole stay, the bed is not strong enough and I am afraid for my mother and I to sleep because there is a tendency it my broke and my cause a fracture especially to my mom that was a bit old. We have no choice to sleep on the floor with the foam and had the difficulty bec. The floor is cold and my mother cant stand. ( I called the owner around 11PM and take my concern, but unfortunately the concern was raised but not resolved, I cannot tolerate for them to fix the bed while we are staying in there property) so comfort wise. 👎🏻

Hope to provide towels, hair dryer. Elevator not available Roads are broken Air Freshener or Humidifier is needed.

Love the place! Ms. Celia is very accommodating. The building staff are very friendly.

Transaction was smooth from booking to check out. Owner is easy to reach and very accommodating. The building staff are accommodating as well. The place is very family friendly and there's a store at the lobby so we could easily buy things or food we need.

There's a new building being constructed to the view isn't really nice but we still enjoyed staying at the veranda to get fresh air especially in the morning.

it was great and worth it

we had a great time staying in this place because ot was really near to the tourist spots and downtown area. and the room is clean and fully equipped with kitchen tools and appliances.

Burnham Hill near Construction Areas

I like the rooms since both are big. The kitchen and living room were also both functional. The condo is quite new and people around were easy to approach.

There is a foul smell inside the bathroom, thinking the odor from drainlines. The building is situated beside construction areas so the works at night was heard inside the room until 1am. The road going up is rough and not repaired. It was an unpleasant stay due to storm but still we manage to drive around to fulfill our vacation. I asked for free parking and said there are parking at the area but the kuya asked us to pay 150 for the parking. All in all, if I would consider to stay for 2-3 days, the place is expensive given the location, the observations and the parking add ons.

As a summary of my stay, I really enjoyed my stay in Baguio City because of the place that we stay and relax (Krystal Cl

Condo Unit is very good. Walking distance to Burnham Park. Unit is very clean and we are able to cook food that we like. WIFI connection is fast. Easy access to taxi and other means of transportation. Condo Unit Owner is very approachable, easy to contact and very nice. I will rent this unit again when I go back to Baguio City.

Cabinet in the first room next to front door was damaged. We cannot use it due to damaged door. First room inside access space is not that comfy due to big bunk bed and cabinet arrangement. Water supply in the kitchen sink is very low, don’t know the problem but not a big issue.
