The location was spectacular, high above the marina. The deck view was stunning and the deck provided a wonderful place to enjoy our time when at the villa.

The inside of the villa was quirky - uncomfortable beds, black moldy grout on the tiled countertop in kitchen, somewhat cluttered. No trash bags were left for us even though there is a very specific recycling system in Amalfi. There was no corkscrew in the villa. We would highly recommend that the owner leave information in the villa about the area or be available to answer questions from her guests. The villa is located high above the marina with no access by car. It would have been helpful to have information about how best to access the water using the hidden stone staircases and ramps without having to walk on the very busy, narrow main road, information about the many different bus lines that run through the area, local cabs, grocery stores nearby, restaurants, etc. Our trip was very well planned but the Amalfi Coast provided challenges that we didn’t anticipate. We were able to figure things out on our own but we lost lots of time and opportunities to do some of the things that we had looked forward to. It could be as easy as a book with information for guests.

Amazing views, cute place & nice area of Amalfi

The view is absolutely amazing. The place itself is fit with everything you need. The balcony and the hot tub we’re so great too!

The check in process wasn’t good. We didn’t have any clear info on how to get there and spent a good few hours trying to get in.

Serene

The location was great. The apartment was spacious, homely and fully furnished with even seasonings and oils for cooking. The view from the balcony was so beautiful and serene. Great place to go and relax. Restaurant and supermarket within walking distance.

If you are unable to walk, this is not the place for you. There are a lot of stairs to climb. A lot of walking. The description of the distances from points of interest seem close but the are indeed a distance away because they are vertical.

Beautiful stay in Praiano with views that were hard to leave.

Beautiful view. Easy to walk to beach, market, restaurants. Good size for 2 couples with ample outdoor patio space to enjoy the views.

Beds were not especially comfortable.

Besutiful spacious villa with gorgeous view! Just a little hard to get to if you’re not in excellent shape. Needed some

the view was amazing! can’t be beat. you could see the cove with the boats, the ocean, mountains and other villas.

there were a LOT of very steep steps to get there. it was a trek to go anywhere from there. we needed a porter to help with the bags as it was pretty intense. 15 euros for each bag each way, but we had to. Also there were not enough towels and no extra anywhere. There was mold on the ceilings in the bathrooms and paint chipping on the ceiling at the sliding door going out to the patio. The front door also needs repair as a plastic weather stripping had fallen off so it was scratching the floor when opening and closing.

Good stay and owner dealt with any issues swiftly

The outlook is amazing, good area for sitting. Washing machine wasn’t working, however owner let us use the machine in another property. Also owner set up hot-tub for us even though it wasn’t due to be turned on. It was good having the hot-tub to sit in. Apartment is a good size and located in a quiet area.

Property needs some TLC, as loads of weeds and quite dated. It could benefit from being modernised and lacked basic kitchen essentials such as a cork-screw. The property is around 10 minutes walk from bus stop, shop and restaurant. There is not much nearby. There are a lot of stairs to manoeuvre, therefore some people may find it difficult leaving the apartment. If you are a sun worshiper, the sun is gone from the terrace hours before it is dark.

The view is world class! A/C is amazing. Good leg work out every day. La Moressa restaurant close by is amazing and the staff as well.

I was NOT told the wash machine was broken and according the the gal who checked us in, that was known. I was expecting to do laundry and was unable. That's a big reason we use houses over hotels for the price I expected more. We had 2 roles of toilets paper for 4 adults over 4 nights. I don't like to complain but other than the view the rest of the house fell short of expectations and the value. Check in instructions were dicy and need to be clearer and sent earlier.

I would definitely go again & recommend

We would go again tomorrow if we could. The private terraces with the beautiful views were wonderful. We loved our time there. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Close access to food and beach. Even knowing about the stairs it was a little hard at times. Host recommended a wonderful car service. Used them for a wonderfully memorable day trip to Pompeii.

The hike/stairs in and out were sometimes not great but the house was well worth it. Be prepared for the stairs/hike up and down. Contact host well before getting there for detailed directions. The address provided is not enough. They can also give advice on transport. One bedroom had a comfortable bed my children informed me. Ours was a little hard and uncomfortable at times. But even with the beds and stairs/walking we would visit again.

Beautiful place to recharge and relax

beautiful views, comfortable beds, en-suite bath in one room and second bathroom next to the other bedroom. wonderful experience in a quieter part of the Amalfi coast to just get away, breathe in the coast, and relax . easy walk (knowing everything on the Amalfi coast will be stairs!) to the marina and to some absolutely amazing restaurants.

only thing we weren’t aware of is that there is no large oven. there is a toaster oven though and with how hot the weather was I can’t imagine having heated up a whole oven! so, not a negative, just a thing to know before reserving if you have a need to bake.

they could have more glasses and cups. We always had to wash them to reuse. There was very limited toilet paper, dish/hand soap. A couple of extra rubbish lining bags would have been nice to have.

Great value for money, exotic location.

Amazing seafront villa as the name suggests. Very spacious terrace and garden set up together with Jacuzzi. Me and my friends enjoyed staying there. The owner and the host (Giovanna) were very kind and prompt in getting any issue sorted for us. Highly recommend the property and I am sure I will select this undoubtedly during my next visit to Amalfi coast.

Heating facility for shower water is limited to 10 L. Probably not enough to accomodate the morning shower for more than 3 people. If you are a group of 5 or more, the late bathers are pushed to shower in cold water (or wait for the water to get reheated)
