spacious with good location near Lalandia and Legoland

This is all but a holiday apartment. It is more a rundown youth hostel than anything else. Beds and mattresses are a joke, the kitchen chairs are an outright hazard. Cutlery and china seem to have been sourced from a flea market. As there is no shower tub, the entire bathroom floods during showering. Bathroom appliances are badly scaled and not properly sealed. Water drains from the shower tube. And don‘t bother trying to reach the landlord. Called three times and left to messages on the answering machine. There was no reaction whatsoever.

Spacious flat and clean cosy beds with walking distance. I would go again!

Property was good, but very difficult to find as we had never visited before and were using Google Maps. We eventually found the right apartment and had no problems getting in. After booking we were told that there would not be any towels because of Covid, and we could buy towels etc. at the local store. On entering the apartment we found there were towels available!

no pillow cases on the beds, no proper sheets and my husband had some sort of garden throw for his duvet. was tidy but lots of spiders.

Location, outdoor space (terrace and access to a garden common to other apartments)

This apartment could be very interesting (it has a terrace and access to a garden of the building) if the amenities and the level of service were different. Under the current conditions, it is not. At least for 3 adults (our case), this accommodation was not worth the money it costs. The main reason is that towels are not provided. We had to buy towels for a stay of 2 days. In addition, we had to make the beds (and the duvet covers and pillowcases are of very poor quality with the zippers all broken). The terrace could be a very nice place, but it is careless and dirty. The wi-fi did not work all the time (we mentioned the problem in a message to the host, but nothing was done in these two days of our stay). I notice that nothing is mentioned on the Booking site that this accommodation does not provide towels (at least at this moment - April 2022). Only when we were already in Denmark I received the following message from the host: "- Due to the corona, many guests prefer to bring their own so we have offered the latest price which towels are excluded. - Towels - we recommend you bring own or you can find new towel in the supermarket - Superbrugsen where just 200 meter away". I sent a message asking them if they could provide us with towels but I had no answer. When I arrived at the apartment, I sent another message to the host, who answered: “in Denmark, it is normally holiday homes has excluded the price with linens and towels with extra fee. We don’t take the extra fee at the moment, but we lowered the price exlcued the towels fee”. The host added that their helper had dropped two towels in one wardrobe. We then found 2 hand small towels. This accommodation has been very contrasting to the Danish beauty and design of other accommodations we stayed in Denmark (with similar or even lower prices). Nevertheless, this apartment has all the potential to be an excellent and cozy accommodation.

Convenient to Legohouse and short walk to Legoland.

No microwave. Mismatched cutlery. Old towels. Bad lighting in kitchen/dining area. Mattresses were old.

It's a very big flat with 2 rooms and 7 beds. Legoland, Lalandia ets. is on te walk distance and also bus station to other places. Market is only few steps from flat. If you came with kids you have lego duplo in the room for play :)

It had everything

Location was very good, right in the town center next to Legohouse, shops, eating places. Apartment was spacious, lot of room and light (from kitchen windows, but if you look at the front side of the house its situated on a basement floor). Small sitting place outside. Free parking place. If the bed linen and kitchenware had been all equipped and better quality, it would have been perfect.

At first, we were missing some bed linen and wifi but owner managed to organize them with the cupple of hours. The quality of the bed linen was still not very good. Kitchen was quite spacious, but had only 2 water glasses, there was more coffee/tea cups. No frying pan, but there was some essentials like salt, pepper that are often missing.
