Schönes verlängertes Weihnachtsbarkt Erlebnis

Sehr zentral, Frühstück sehr umfangreich und Abwechslung

Sehr unpersönlich, Zimmerreinigung muss angemeldet werden, unangenehmer Geruch im Treppenhaus und Rezeption, es roch sehr nach Abfluss.

Top Lage, aber Hotel geht so. für den Preis sollte mehr Komfort drin sein

Die Lage des Hotels ist extrem gut. direkt an der Altstadt und am Neckar. und direkt an der Bus/Strassenbahnhaltestelle. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es war nachtes ruhig sodass man nicht durch Geräusche gestört wurde.

Das Zimmer war nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt. Es lagen noch Haare vom Vorgänger auf dem Bett Es gibt auf dem Zimmer keine Hygieneartikel (diese müssen anscheinend separat an der Rezepetion angefragt werden). Dies finde ich für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht angemessen. Die Kopfkissen sind viel zu dünn und weich, sodass man extrem unkonfortabel liegt Im Bad gibt es zu wenig Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher (welche übrigens im Schrank verstaut sind und man sie sich selber erst rausholen muss)

Innenstadtnahes Hotel mit Chick und Komfort

sehr freundliches Personal, absolut sauber, schöne Zimmer in modernem Einrichtungsstil

Der Vorteil einer Innenstadtlage bringt mehr Lärm mit sich. Aufgrund guter Schallisolierung der Fenster bekommt man dies aber nur bei offenen Fenstern mit.

Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr empfehlenswert. Zentrale Lage in HB mit Tiefgarage ( Stellplätze )

Frühstück super👍 Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, zudem war dieser nicht abgegrenzt, sodass auch andere Hotelgäste an unserem Fenster vorbei liefen 😬. Auf dem Hotel ein tolles Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche und sehr freundlichem Personal und Service. Onlinebuchung vorher empfehlenswert. (Jil Rooftop Drink &dine)

Prima lokatie, prima kamer, fantastisch ontbijt met ruime keuze. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Met airco aan geslapen want raam open was geen optie, dan veel herrie.

Nie wieder !

Die Lage ist super, das ist aber auch das einzige.

Nachdem wir eingecheckt haben, wären wir am liebsten direkt wieder ausgecheckt. Das Zimmer war dreckig, das Bett war übersäht mit schwarzen Haaren. Auch das Alternative Zimmer hatte den Putzlappen nur aus der Ferne gesehen. Im Waschbecken lagen zahlreiche schwarze Haare. Uns wurde versprochen, aufgrund der Beschwerde, das Frühstück gratis zu bekommen. Auf der Rechnung stand es trotzdem und bezahlen mussten wir es auch. Auch unsere Namen standen leider falsch auf der Rechnung. Hier weigerte man sich diese zu ändern - nie wieder !!

Great location, very close to tram links, shopping and restaurants. Hotel reception and rooms looked good.

The smell. I soon as you use the lift or go in corridors around the building its horrible. However reception area, rooms and restaurant it wasn't noticeable. Breakfast offer was disappointing and there are better options available within walking distance.

Sehr erholsamer Kurztrip

Beim Frühstück wurde für jeden Geschmack ausreichend angeboten. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut. Die Dusche war schön geräumig, ebenso wie das restliche Bad.

Für meinen persönlichen Geschmack hätte es mehr Auswahl beim Aufschnitt beim Frühstück geben können.

Gutes und stadtnahes Hotel

Frühstück war ausreichend und zufriedenstellend. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend . Was mir besonders gefallen hat ….. das man den Zimmerservice gegen ein Getränk an der Bar abbestellen konnte. Denke bei zwei Übernachtungen ist das verträglich und entlastet nebenbei noch das Personal….

Zu teuer Preis - Leistung!

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Der Frühstückssaal ist schön eingerichtet mit bequemen Stühlen. Das Badezimmer war schön gross und die Dusche sehr gut!

Das Wifi hat meistens nicht funktioniert, was sehr mühsam war! Scheinbar war es defekt, wurde aber erst am letzten Ferientag repariert. Die TV Fernbedienung ging nicht richtig (ev. Batterien). Die Gläser/Tassen wurden nicht jeden Tag gereinigt (eigentlich gar nie!) Die Betten waren unbequem, so dass wir Rückenschmerzen bekamen. Die Pflegeprodukte musste man an der Reception verlangen (für einen Tag, wir waren 3 Nächte dort)!

Passable

Would have rated this place higher ... but when we arrived at the hotel, after a long day of travelling, we were 'greeted' by a very unfriendly and sarcastic receptionist. I don't think she could have been less friendly if she tried. Not a good start to our stay.

Great location, clean and fresh look, staff gives it their very best!

The location, the clean and fresh entrance, hallways and rooms. Seems a recent overhaul of the place. Breakfast was plentiful in terms of choices and very good quality for the most part. Rooms had good airco, though outside it was perhaps only 25 Celsius. Rooms were not overly spacious but decent. Beds were awesome. Bedding, sheets etc, were okay.

We were assuming, not too smart, that there would be parking at the hotel which could be booked etc. Not so. So first night I drove around finding a parking garage, this was okay but not great. Fridge in room never became cold to chill softdrinks or water. They struggled with service as reception is done by one (1) individual who has to do all. So afternoons, early evenings people are queueing up. I chose an online check-out in the morning as the queue was quite large and becoming larger. In the end it worked and we were able to fully check-out. Breakfast was way over-crowded with too many people. Staff had to go above and beyond to stay abreast of all the "customer issues".

Sadly, a misleading listing with curt staff

It’s position in Heidelberg is good and the breakfast is good.

The listing for this property is misleading. The hotel do not own the rooftop space. It is owned by another business. We imagined we would be able to go out there and relax and read a book etc. you cannot gain access to the rooftop unless you buy expensive drinks or food from the other business. The rooftop space was the reason we chose the hotel over a cheaper one, so it was very disappointing. Our experience of the front desk staff were that they were curt and even sarcastic on occasions. Stark contrast to other hotels we have stayed at along our journey! The cleaning of the rooms wasn’t done until we arrived back from a day out at 5pm!! We had to go back out for a drink to allow staff to clean.

In a great location. Modern and comfortable

Our shower dispenser dripped so we had no shower gel or shampoo -we asked the lady to fill them up which she did - but in a few hours it was empty again -so needs replacing -also -on the photo on here there was a fruit bowl in the room -( there is no fruit bowl )

Ok if you don’t have a car

Central location. Nice breakfast.

Parking was difficult. We tried to get information on parking from the receptionist and all she could tell us was the garage (under the hotel) was full. She didn’t mention that there were other available spaces behind the hotel. We ended up paying €30 to park elsewhere. I would not visit Heidelberg again with a car. The bathroom had my pet hate - small towels. If there’s a fire while you’re in the shower and you have to leave with just a towel around you, it should be able to cover an average sized woman! Also, why oh why do hotels put hairdryers in the bathroom? Who wants to try to style their hair in a room steamy from the shower?

Exceptional

Location is great right in the Heidelberg old town. The rooms' air conditioning worked wonderfully. The hotel provides luggage storage. The breakfast was very good with many good options for meat eaters and vegetarians (cooked peppers and onions, sausage, eggs, etc.). My room was a premium room with a view of Heidelberg Castle.

The hotel was very busy and it seemed that staff was overwhelmed, so the service suffered. Also, for hotel staff: if you're going to enter a room, it's better to knock rather than entering the room while the hotel guest is showering. :(

Everything is perfect. Clean, room is cozy, excellent bed, very nice bathroom and great breakfast. Location is a little bit far from station, but very close to hauptstrabe street. Very very nice experience. Definitely recommend.

Great value, but housekeepers were terrible!

Breakfast & location was EXCELLENT! Staff were the BEST! Housekeeping below standard.

The housekeepers were not acceptable. The tissue boxes were empty when we arrived, toilet paper had to be requested also. The housekeeping was NOT done as requested. One day we had NO TOWELS. The front desk had to provide them to us in the evening. Our question……Why take our dirty towels and not replace them? We were guests for 5 days and requested housecleaning for only 2 days! The housekeepers were TERRIBLE!
