A real gem in beautiful Kent countyside.
Lots of nice touches such as packaged croissants, juice boxes, biscuits and lots of tea and coffee. The aircon unit was fabulous and a real bonus in the room. Also great to have a smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube etc.
The wooden floors whilst easy to keep clean mean that the bed (on castors) does move around a bit. The hanging rail in the wardrobe is very high and some may struggle to reach it.

A lovely short stay. A very nice quiet spot but close to many beaches.
Very comfortable and reasonably quiet. Pub closes at 10 or before if no customers.
The room would benifit from blackout curtains on blind, unless you are and early riser. Towels were a little old and worn.

Location, price, staff, locals, food 10/10 - central to local towns...
This exceeded my expectations as have stayed in lots of caravans over the years. It was a decent size for 3 people, had everything you needed including a decent oven & microwave and was very clean & own parking space, had a lovely seating area on the veranda. Staff & people on site were very friendly. Location was very quiet which was lovely. Facilities on site are basic i.e. no swimming pool etc but they have an excellent pub which we ate at every night as the food was amazing & reasonably priced, be aware though the portions are massive. Can highly recommend Wendy's Cafe just up the road - food was delicious and even though a couple of breakfast things were not on the menu they were happy to change food items around to accommodate, they get very busy so be prepared to wait a while (it's worth it).. You do need a car though, you have Birchington, Canterbury, Ramsgate, Broadstairs & Margate just up the road. I used to live down here so it was nice for us to go back & visit old haunts.
The twin beds were very close together to the point at one stage my mum had her knees on my bed...Plus I found the mattress too soft but my mum thought it was ok so it's a personal choice.....The double bedroom was big with it's own toilet & sink and walk in wardrobe, the shower was a bit of a squeeze for a larger person to get in but overall points out of 10 would be 10 I cannot fault it & would stay again, it had everything you needed.
