Unbelievable location, somewhat tired room, average facilities.

Location is in a stunning area of the lake region

Pool is old and would benefit a refresh, including the window glazing which would add a wow factor which is missing. The room was tired and the sound proofing very poor

Boží hotel s výhledem a super personálem

Hodně parkovacích míst u hotelu, čistý, vybavený pokoj. Příjemný wellness, s krásným výhledem. Do restaurace byla nutná rezervace a to jak u snídaně tak večeře. Snídaně byli výborné, ne úplně levné ale velký výběr a kvalitní suroviny. Večeře byli také vynikající. Celý personál byl moc milý, profesionální a ochotný. Děkujeme

Gut, sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal!

Die Lage und die Aussicht ist einzigartig.

Parkplätze sind wohl vorhanden, aber wenn man zu spät kommt, dann ist eine kleine Bergwanderung von den unteren Parkplätzen zum Hotel angesagt.

Angenehmer Kurzurlaub zum Entspannen, Radfahren und Schwimmen, weil auch das Wetter sehr gut war.

Wir hatten kein Frühstück; Es hat soweit alles gepasst;

Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Blick auf den See, aber es ist klar, dass nicht alle Zimmer über Seeblick verfügen könnnen;

Romantisches Appartement

Überaus nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Das Appartement war sehr komfortabel und die Aussicht zum niederknien. Kann es echt empfehlen.

Дуже милий готель з неймовірним видом на озеро! Повернемось сюда однозначно .

Готель знаходиться в неймовірному місті біля озера, з нашого номера був чудовий панорамний вид! Є дитяча кімната, басейн та зона Спа, чудові сніданки з келихом просеко, атмосфера неймовірна! Дякуємо готелю за дружне ставлення .

Номер у нас був апарт на 2+1, дуже зручний з кухонним уголком, вся посуда необхідна є в номері, в старому Автрійському стилі і це нам сподобалось. Дуже зручний матрас.

Nigdy nie byłem w Alpach latem a dzięki temu miejscu odkryłem, że chcę tu wracać każdego roku.

W naszym domku była przestronna wygodna łazienka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia , balkon w każdym pokoju, widok na góry. Duży parking. W restauracji świetny widok z tarasu na jezioro i góry.

Dla mnie nie było tu żadnych minusów. Chętnie to miejsce polecę innym.

Kundenservice ausbaufähig

Die Lage ist ein Traum, gut erreichbar, sehr gutes Essen und sehr bemühtes Personal.

Leider musste ich meinen Urlaub abbrechen, da in meinem Studio Appartment (offensichtlich ist das in allen Studios so) der Lüfter/Dunstabzug in der Küche unangenehm laut war und den ganzen Tag von 8:00-20:00 lief. Dieser konnte nicht abgedreht werden und war für mich aufgrund einer Vorerkrankung extrem belastend. Mir wurde zwar ein Zimmer im Hotel angeboten, da dies aber in einer höheren Preisklasse lag, hätte ich mehr als das doppelte aufzählen müssen und 470€ für ein WE waren mir dann doch zu viel. Schade fand ich, dass von der Aufzählung nicht abgesehen wurde, da das Zimmer sowieso frei war. Das fand ich nicht besonders kundenfreundlich und sehr enttäuschend. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll, aber sie bekam kein grünes Licht von ihrem Vorgesetzten. Der Kurzurlaub war zur Erholung (aufgrund meiner Vorerkrankung) gedacht, leider musste ich Samstag Früh unverrichteter Dinge wieder abreisen.

Gutes Hotel.

Super war die Lage und das Zimmer war auch schön. Toller Blick aus dem Balkon aus.

Der April sieht leider in echt nicht so einladend aus wie in den Fotos dargestellt und auch nicht so groß. Für das Restaurant braucht man immer eine Reservierung obwohl es nicht voll ist.

Guter Aufenthalt, aber katastrophales Gebahren bei der Abrechnung

Das Frühstück war sehr teuer, aber auch sehr vielflältig.

Obwohl über Booking bereits bezahlt wurde, wurde zusätzlich der Übernachtungsbetrag über die Kreditkarte eingezogen. Dies wurde korrigiert, aber eine Rechnung beim Auschecken wurde nicht erstellt und ausgegeben. Trotz zweimaliger Bitte, dies zu tun, wurde dem nicht nachgegeben. Ich kann damit die Übernachtungskosten bei meinem Arbeitgeber nicht in Rechnung stellen und muss sie privat bezahlen. Das entspricht nicht dem Standard, den ich gewohnt bin.

Beautiful, directly overlooking the lake

Location is very nice, overlooking the Grundlsee. For extra price we received a room in a bungalow with direct view on the lake. The room was just the right size, comfortably warm and the beds very comfi. The spa area is one of the best for a hotel - decent size pool with massage and 4 different saunas incl. steam and chill-out area. very modern. The staff at the reception was friendly and offered several options regarding rooms and breakfast.

The breakfast was very good, but for 24€ per person overpriced, will not take it in the future. Was a bit of a hassle to get parking directly at the bungalow, but a bit further down the road, there was a big parking lot, thus no problem.

Superb

The environment is beautiful. There is a balcony with a nice view. The lake view is stunning. You can also take a walk along the trail to the lake. Restaurant meals are also good. We all enjoy the holidays.

Amazing view!

Very good breakfast, amazing view over Grundlsee, friendly staff in Seeblick restaurant. We loved to stay there and will come back again :)

Everything was great, but reception could be a bit more attentive and friendly. They were a bit slow, as we arrived they were starring at the computer without saying hello. I found it awkward. Another small topic is that there could be a bit more trash bins, the hotel is dog friendly and for that you also need extra bins near apartment area at least.

No air con but it is mainly for winter stays so understand why no air con. Bed wasn’t comfortable. No shampoo/body wash in bathroom, had to use sink soap

A fantastic stay in the quiet place hills of Austria

We were lucky to choose this location for our stay in the austrian Alps. The Grundlsee is a more quiet area compared to many of the surrounding lakes, however no less stunning. We were greeted by exceedingly friendly hosts, arriving at the hotel was a delight. Our apartment was quiet and neatly staffed. One thing we noticed right away was the cleanliness of the room at a level we have experienced just a couple times in the past! The breakfast was a blast, the restaurant served everything we could wish for. We both thought that this was one of the best breakfasts we every had during any of our vacations!

There isn't really anything we could complain about. If I would need to pick something, I would ask to equip the rooms with some extra blankets that could be useful on colder nights.

The best was the view from the room. The lakeside view is totally worth the money. The spa area is also very nice, and they provide you with towels.

I was using the billiard room (10€/h) in which they have a plate indicating the telephone number of the bar/restaurant to call and get some drinks or food. When I called to order two drinks they told me to please come to pick them up directly at the bar. After waiting 10 minutes I went to get my drinks. I didn´t mind it, it was 20 meters away anyway. And then, I found out they never started to prepare them or have the order in the system at all.

If the facility is all right， it would be super good to stay for your holidays.

The location and the scene was amazing.

There‘s smell of smoking left by the last guest. The cooker in the room was broken，so was the shower head. Hopefully，the reception desk was great and changed the shower head quickly.
