All around fantastic place. Can say nothing bad !

Hard to find, cold, and the amenities couldn’t be used.

Absolutely nothing

53 degrees the entire time. The thermostat on the wall did NOT control the room temp. No remote for the TV. 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days. Couldn’t find the dang place first because it’s got signage for a DIFFERENT company. Terrible, terrible stay. Won’t be rebooking.

Neglectful property, freezing out its guests.

So cold. Thermostat didn’t control room temp. Changing the settings didn’t work. 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days. No remote for the tv. Hard to find.

Bad stay

Horrible apartment was not clean foul smell dirty liens covered in dead bugs. I had to clean the apartment twice I don't recommend this property at all.

Very good

We've stayed here twice (different units) for different events at Drake where our daughter starts in the fall. Location is perfect for our needs! The units are very nice and the property has a decent workout room.

Beds are really firm and we had some issues with the futon on a previous visit. Also, watch the cleaning fee - It's not listed when you're searching so the unit gets pricy when only staying one night, but for busy Drake events, it's comparable to other nearby lodging options.

First night, I had to basically sleep on the street.

Location and facilities were very good.

The email to obtain my key only contained the first page of the instructions. I arrived late at night and could not get my key. No contact was listed, so I had to find alternate accommodations late at night. I had to search and ask other business in the space for a contact. took hours. They did not compensate me for 1st night. I wish I had not prepaid. They only provided one key for me and my wife. We need two. No way to get second key. Very bad.

Great stay for the weekend!

I thought the bed was very comfortable. It was clean. I loved having a kitchen. It worked out very well for us to stay here and we would do it again!

It was a little snug for 3 of us but we made it work. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a remote for the TV.

Beautiful Safe Studio Apartment

Location was great close to our family...parking could be a little more convenient and safe but the building itself was really safe and secure...

It would have been nice to cook meals in the apartment but there were no pots or pans...also the coffee maker and coffee were a great touch but no coffee cups...
