Awful

Nothing

The appartment was supposed to provide a set of keys to enter and during the three night stay I never managed to obtain one. Contacting them was unhelpful and difficult and there was nobody to talk to. Overall very poor service.

Appartement sympa et près de l'université, mais avec des clefs c'est mieux...

Le locataire précédent n'avait pas rendu les clefs, je n'en ai donc... pas reçu. La première porte de l'immeuble et la porte de l'appartement ont un code, donc pas de soucis, mais pas la porte du hall... Je suis resté bloquée dehors, dans le hall d'immeuble, deux fois, plus d'une heure à chaque fois, et le service client m'a dit de sonner chez les voisins. Innadmissible. Je n'ai pas pu sortir le soir parce que je devais rentrer à des heures où il était raisonnable de sonner chez les gens et ça a vraiment gaché mon séjour. Je trouve ça inquiétant que personne dans l'entreprise de location n'ait un double des clefs.

Plus jamais

Rien, je n'ai pas dormi là ! J'ai demandé l'annulation 10 fois et ils ont fait comme si tout se passait normalement avec leur messages pré-écrits.

Vous avez fait semblant de ne pas entendre mes messages/demande, hypocrisie totale. Il n'y avait pas les clés comme prévu, c'était mal isolé, les odeurs de cuissons des voisins arrivent dans le studio. Je continue de demander un remboursement. J'ai passé 2 heures au téléphone pour dire que les clés ne sont pas là et parce que j'ai eu des difficultés à entrer dans le bâtiment pour commencer. Ma soirée à été fichue, j'ai tout laissé intact et je suis partie. Je suis partie dormir sur le canapé d'un ami.

Early check-out and late check-in

Good location

Check in at 4pm and checkout at 10am, this is supposed to be a hotel not camping. I asked the host to leave our bag until 1pm he asked for 19 euros for that. I wouldn't recommend booking here just for this. Hotels are much better and are even cheaper. And an advice for the host, a paper roll isn't enough for two people and 3 days.

Disappointing

The building was in a very bad condition, with open walls in the stairway and mould. The worst was the noise though, coming from all sides of the building (partying until late at night in neighbouring appartments) as well as people talking on the corridor as well as the sounds from people taking the elevator/stairs right next to the studio.

Attention, bed bugs!

This was truly the worst stay of my life. During the fourth night I discovered the bed bugs in the bed, waking up in the sheets stained by my own blood. I had to leave the property and threw out all the food I bought. But the property owner refused to reimburse me the nights not used fully, not to mention compensate my moral damage. This place is unsanitary, and the owner profits from it. Shame that Booking allows this.
