I would rent again in Bacolod but only a room with kitchenette and balcony.

There was no breakfast, but the AC was very good I saw the 2 bedrooms with balcony. It had a kitchenette we did not have any of that. I paid for an upgrade but really didn't any value in the upgrade, when I saw the 2 bedroomI said it all above, I realized that my room was less than desired. The bed was very noisy due to a plastic mattress cover.

This place is just fine for the price offered.

The price is very cheap but you get what you pay for. Rooms are simple. You've got a lounge and kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a small bathroom. The couch and the bed is comfortable.

The exterior of the building is deceivingly nice. The interior decor is outdated. No hand towels for the kitchen or bathroom. No elevator. I believe there is 3 floors of rooms. The property is out of the way of Bacolod central and on a main road. The sight of the guard dog locked in the small cage all day is sad.

Home away from home!

Was a large area, a place I could easily live in. Good to have the tv with you tube and relax on the couch. Quiet area also, but on the bus and jeepney route to the city.

There was no lift and the kitchen only had a microwave and bare minimal crockery.

Location isn’t great, but a very good budget option. Staff are lovely.

Great value for money. Spacious and very clean rooms.

Behind the property is a poor barangay and noisy church. Roosters and barking dogs 24/7. Kitchenette has no cooking facilities, only a kettle and microwave, so it’s pretty useless for longer stays.

Best value for money self catering residence in Bacolod

I love Le Chateau! I stayed here twice in 2023. The hosts are the most friendly and helpful hosts from everywhere else that I have stayed. Its almost like staying with family and friends. Le Chateau is the best self-catering value for money residence that I have found. I will definitely be returning to Le Chateau in the future.

Nice accomodation in Bacolod in a not too noisy place

Ramon, the Owner, is a very nice and accomodating person. The apartments are quite new and very clean, everything was in good function.

If you want to dine in the evening, you have to go to the city center some kilometres away.

Great place to stay if you bring your own transport.

Everything was great.

Public transportation is not great. Locals don’t know the names of their own streets. Whether we spoke Bisaya, Tagalog, or English, jeepney and trike drivers couldn’t understand. I realize that’s not fault of property owner but it is a factor in the location. I seem to know the city better than people who grew up there.

This is a model of how accommodation should be

One of the best value accommodation I’ve been to. The price is really affordable with what you get - a suite, one flat with 2 bedrooms, a mini living room and a kitchen. We even rode the owner’s car driven by himself to help us go to SM. You feel cozy since the room is cozy. It’s like a European home.

Very nice unit. Spacious, clean, and the staff was amazing and accommodating. Wifi was great, drinking water was provided, and the full sized kitchen was very nice.

Unfortunately the ac wasn't quite sufficient for me as a westerner. I am sure it would be adequate for those that are accustomed to the climate.

Feels home away from home.. really enjoyed our stay.Definitely be booking again next holiday.

The location is just off the main road, very good size car park. The inside is super duper clean to the highest level! Very friendly, helpful and accomodating staff. Wifi is very good and strong.. Highly recommended in Bacolod!

The staff were all courteous, accommodating, respectful and pleasant. The owner itself Sir Ramon was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely worth the visit.

Not that we dont like more of an opportunity perhaps moving forward. Utensils such as kitchen scissors, cups and saucers as well as plates count should be adjusted based on guest count if possible At least an electrician at the lobby to keep the area ventilated and not too humid or hot. Nevertheless, this place is 10/10👏

The property manager is very hospitable and kind. The place is clean and the location is around 15-25 mins from SM Bacolod (less than 200 pesos Grab fare). It can definitely compete with local hotels in terms of amenities versus price paid. I was even allowed late check out for no added charge.

Best value for money I've encountered in 50 years of travel.

Three large rooms (two bedrooms and a large living/dining/kitchen) will full amenities, Netflix, dishes, refrigerator (NICE), microwave...the whole works. Ready for either an overnight or several months' stay. Staff was super-friendly and ready with extra towels, help with transportation, etc. Lots places to eat and a 7/11 very nearby.

The internet was a little ragged and I had to re-log in a few times. That was the ONLY downside of this superb place.

great location, exceptional staff

only 1 room is air conditioned, although 2 fans were provided, the living room, kitchen and the other room was still hot and uncomfortable to the point that we were sweating. There’s no elevator, going up to your assigned room to the 3rd floor will make you sweat. If you are elderly with co-morbidities, going up those stairs might not be a good idea.
