Voltaria com certeza

Serviço de quarto e limpeza impecáveis, instalações de primeira e chuveiro quente, funcionou todos os dias. Café da manhã é a lá carte, todas as opções muito boas. A localização é boa mas precisa caminhar uns 15m pra chegar na praia, se você gosta de caminhar pela manhã, vai ser bom pra você. No geral fiquei muito satisfeito. Deram água de cortesia quase todos os dias além de shampoo, condicionador e sabonete de boa qualidade.

A janela do nosso quarto dava pra piscina e apesar de ter um black-out a disposição da cortina não permitia fechar o black-out por completo então usamos uma presilha de cabelo pra conseguir fechar. Algumas pastilhas da piscina estavam soltando e uma pasta branca acabou manchando meu shorts mas consegui remover a mancha depois.

Hübsches Hotel, nettes Personal

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Kommunikation, zeigten sich kulant bei kleinem Missverständnis. Hotel ist sehr sauber mit guter Ausstattung. Lage ruhig und dennoch nah zu Stadt und Strand (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Frühstück lecker und frisch. Wir konnten auch nach dem Auschecken vor unserer langen Heimreise nochmal duschen, war kein Problem.

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, stört aber nicht extrem.

Bonne étape sur l'île de San Andres

Bonne situation à 15-20 min à pied du centre et de la plage principale. Très belle chambre moderne tout confort. Bon petit-déjeuner, formule au choix.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Betten sehr gut, Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll, alles sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich . Waren nur eine Nacht, kaum Fluglärm sehr ruhig.

Un hôtel chic à San Andres

La chambre n'était pas très grande mais confortable, avec une excellente literie et une salle de bain agréable. La décoration (plutôt sud-est asiatique) de l'hôtel est une vraie réussite, très élégante. Excellent petit déjeuner (quand il n'est pas perturbé par un imbécile qui braille pendant une demi-heure dans son téléphone : à l'"adult only" il faudrait ajouter "cons excluded"). Personnel aimable et disponible, qui a entre autres résolu les quelques difficultés initiales avec internet. Pas bon marché mais prix à mon avis justifié.

L'emplacement n'est pas parfait : un peu à l'écart de la ville, il faut y aller en taxi. Et peu de restaurants à proximité. Mais le quartier est calme et semble sûr. Et il est très facile d'obtenir à la réception un taxi en quelques minutes.

Superbe hôtel

L’accueil de tout le personnel ! La décoration balinaise ! La propreté des chambres et de l’hôtel ! Grand lit très confortable ! Nous étions dans une suite qui était magnifique ! L’hôtel est à 15 min à pied du centre donc sans problème ! Le bruit des avions qui sont rares ne gênent absolument pas le séjour

Sehr gutes WLAN, nettes Personal, nette Chefin und ein später Checkout war ohne Aufpreis möglich. Scooters kann man direkt an der Rezeption mieten und nach zehn Minuten steht der Roller vor der Haustüre bereit. Wäscheservice übernimmt die Putzfrau, einwandfrei und preiswert.

Die Lage ist nicht ganz am Ort des Geschehens. Aber das wusste ich im Voraus aus der Hotelbeschreibung.

La decoración era increíble, cada rincón tenía un detalle distinto y visualmente impactante. La atención de las recepcionistas fue impecable. Había 7 opciones de desayuno por mañana!

Quédate alejado del Centro, pero era una zona segura para caminar! El aire acondicionado tenía poca potencia.

Conforto e sofisticação

Pousada com instalações novas, com decoração de Bali, tudo muito bonito. Chuveiro quente (que não é em todos os lugares que possui na ilha). Café da manhã gostoso, com 6 opções de cardápio.

El hotel es hermoso tal como se ve en las fotos. La decoración es divina!!!

Nada. Quizás sería positivo que se pueda comer por la noche allí dado que al centro son aprox 20 min caminando. Si bien el hotel no ofrece servicio de restaurant, se puede pedir comida y usar las instalaciones!

Boa opção se tem transporte

Chuveiro muito bom e cama confortável. Funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis.

Achei a localização ruim pra quem não tem transporte e prefere andar a pé, porque o centro fica a uns 15 minutos de caminhada e o trajeto não é muito agradável, principalmente com o sol quente.

Wunderschönes Hotel!

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Hotel. Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die negativen Bewertungen zur Lage kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Man sollte sich vorher über die Lage informieren. Man kann mit Leichtigkeit einen Roller mieten und ist somit flexibel und innerhalb von fünf Minuten in der Stadt. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Zimmer waren sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen😊

Achei o hotel charmoso , bem decorado .

Não gostei da qualidade e limpeza das toalhas , achei um pouco com cheiro ruim e amareladas . Piscina tipo um furo bem pequena , café da manhã vc podia escolher uma opção no cardápio e era só isso , era café , umas frutinhas e um prato a sua escolha todos os dias , se o cliente quisesse comer algo a mais era cobrado .

Ótimo hotel, longe de tudo.

O hotel é incrível. Os quartos são amplos, com cafe e cafeteira, banheiros novos e limpos. Tem piscina que, apesar de não ser grande, foi maravilhosa para relaxar no fim de tarde. O atendimento é excepcional, algo bem raro em San Andres.

A localização é pessima, o que pode fazer com que a viagem seja muito ruim. San Andres é uma pequena ilha que não tem nada longe do centro, e para ir e voltar ao hotel é necessário depender de taxis que cobram valores absurdos. Não tem uber ou outro serviço de transporte. Para caminhar são 20minutos, porém não recomendam que você va caminhando a noite. Não ha nenhum restaurante perto do hotel e não ha Rappi na ilha.

Bueno .

Me encantó la terraza para el desayuno. La alcoba muy confortable, limpio , silencioso. Esta muy cerca al aeropuerto , se percibe seguridad .

No tiene ascensor , subir y bajar con maletas sobre todo para adultos es una desventaja . El precio es demasiado alto vs el hotel cómo tal .

The owner was lovely and let us leave our bags for our trip to Providencia. The room was nice with air-conditioning and a fan.

Location is a bit out of the way but it's still close to the airport and all the restaurants

It was just 1 night as we were connecting to Providencia Island so it suited the purpose. Clean, nice people, good breakfast

Great hotel next to the airport

The hotel is really nice, new and good taste decorations. The bed is comfortable The owner(I think) is so friendly and helpful with information about scooter rental, exchange money, beaches etc. She was always smiling and professional and so the security people We felt very safe The pool is very nice and clean but small so it depends on your expectations … we liked it !

The room we stayed in had no view whatsoever (ground floor, room 101) and was right next to reception so we could hear people talking at the reception most of the times The breakfast lady is very rude and unfriendly, she doesn’t seem to enjoy her job there… Such a shame for this hotel

not recommend , uncomfortable and very expensive

Distance advertised is false , the hotel was a 25 minutes walk to the beach and 45 minutes to Downtown and the ad said it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach The shower was always broken and staff did not want to repair it despite server attempts , lack of comfort in the room

The staff are so lovely, really plush hotel

The staff are so lovely, if you dont speak Spanish you definately need google translate. The room i stayed in was gorgeous, the most comfortable bed during my 3 weeks travelling around Colombia, lots of pillows. Nice towels and toileretaries. Air con is good. Nice bedding. The hotel its self is so nicely presented with Buddahs and beautifully carved wooden wardrobes. Great air con. Room has a fridge and hot water. You are about 10minutes walk to the beach and 15 to the airport. Hotel staff will order you taxis and really kindly stored my suitcase whilst i went to Providencia for a few days.

On my first night there was a really noisy couple stood talking really loudly in the corridor until very late. The doors also close quite loudly in the other guests rooms.
