it was a good stay at the phuenics de galera, just always make sure to clean everything

the breakfast served was good and affordable. the shuttle service was good also. very friendly and accommodating

the room was not that clean since they don’t clean the floor under the beds with many dust and dead cockroaches, we need to have them clean on our 1st day

the hosts are very nice, especially since we were late on our misc payments for the extra services they gave us such as

if you like a quiet place to stay it's a perfect spot, though u might have to traverse if you want to find food, there is a couple of nearby eateries but they close before 8pm. The hosts are also willing to cook for you at anytime which is a big plus!

the internet was on the slow side especially since I work online, but nonetheless I managed to do my work timely.

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay esp for big groups. Kudos to Sir Crisol and his family!

I like everything about this property which exceeded not only my expectation but my whole family's approval attests to that. Its location was quite far from the center but with keen transport arrangement it will suffice guests' comfort plus the owner's anticipation of their customers' needs offering us options available. Both rooms were ready upon arrival with a warm welcoming and attention. Foods were prepared in family style combined with music making you feel entirely dining in a five star hotel's restaurant of soothing jazz music. It was perfect staying there on weekdays since only our group can maximize the use of the dining area in the morning and at night. The beach is just a cross the road giving a seaview if you are lucky enough to book the family room with the terrace.

It is quite far from white beach but at least far from the influx of other tourists. Lights were fused but was immediately replaced and LED lights gave an elegant atmosphere in the whole room. Beware on the number of maximum persons who can stay in family rooms, communicate with the owner first to confirm the number of beds provided to avoid confusion.

Amazing Place + Great People = Wonderful Vacation

I can say property deserves a 10 stars out of 10. Family, owner of hotel deserve 1000 stars. A family-run hotel. I loved staying in this hotel. Hotel View is perfect. The room has a balcony and 3 big size beds. You can have your meals while watching fantastic view. They offer also breakfast service. Property is near to a quiet beach. Just walking distance. Beach is not crowded at all. So you can rest, swim etc. easily. And also the family is so good, hospitable, kind. They took well care of us and concerns. Miss Vernice helped me a lot about requirement completion. QR Code and S-Pass. I'm extremely happy. I would like to visit here again. Thanks again for everything.
