Welcome to the heart of Vancouver. This is a brand new- 560sf condo unit located by False Creek Olympic Village. Quality finishing throughout with open kitchen, high-end appliances, hard wood flooring, A/C, floor to ceiling windows. In-suite laundry for your convenience. Steps to sky trains, Olympic Village, False Creek Seawall, Rogers Arena, Granville Island, Science World and Chinatown. Trendy restaurants, shops and markets are within minutes.

Located between two different identifiable areas of Olympic Village and Mount Pleasant, you’ll be just steps away from both areas and the revitalized Chinatown, vibrant Yaletown and downtown.

The entire condo is yours. It is fully furnished with everything you need for a great stay:

1 comfortable queen size bed with luxury linens
1 comfortable queen size sofa bed
Blackout and Soundproof Blinds for both Bedroom and Living room.
A flat screen smart TV with cable and Wi fi
An office with desk and office chair
1 full set of cookware, utensils and cooking basis
Full sets of dinnerware, wine glass, tea cups for 6 people.
Tea and coffee.

Staying here you’ll have access to rooftop with views overlooking Vancouver cityscapes to the North Shore and beyond, shared rooftop gardens and a children’s play area.

A fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment. Please note this is a share amenity and a common property, closure for maintain/repair happens sometimes without notice!

1 secured underground parking spot is right below our condo unit

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need to stay less than the minimum night. I will do my best to accommodate.

Luggage drop-off is possible after 11a.m on the day of check-in.

There is an extra fee for extra guests after 2, however, the 4th guest will be free.

PLEASE NOTE: Queen sized sofa bed is for 3rd/4th guests only. If there are 2 people in your group and need the sofa bed please let me know, $50 one time charge will be applied.

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Tracy had just about everything you’d need and her welcome binder anticipated all of our questions and gave clear instructions about the appliances as well as other condo amenities. We stayed here with our two teen kids and it was very comfortable. Tracy was easy to reach and responded to our texts very promptly and was great to work with. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

The place was spotless. Great instructions on how to use appliances, get in and out of the garage, etc. Tastefully decorated. Great towels!! Extra body care products. Well stocked kitchen to cook any time of meal. Great location - central to downtown, olympic village and east Vancouver restaurants. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Stayed at condo as less expensive hotel option during large conference. Unit was very clean and spacious. 10 minute ride to conv center. Uber was easy to get. Location is an easy walk to aquabus for other attractions

This is a lovely, modern condo. The location is great. We were able to walk or take transit wherever we needed to go. Tracy was a super responsive and helpful host. The check in process was very straightforward. We enjoyed our stay here, and we’d definitely book the same spot again!

The apartment is just south of Science World outside the city. There are plenty of restaurants, breweries, and transportation options available. The unit was well equipped and had a washer and dryer if your one of those people who don't want to bring home a bunch of dirty clothes. Would highly recommend!

Tracy is a wonderful host who has thought of all the little touches for a comfortable stay. The condo is bright and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The building is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the skytrain. Would highly recommend!

Walk from Amtrak/Via Rail station. Modern, spotless apartment containing everything you need. The building’s roof gardens and seating areas are amazing, and you see sunrise over the mountains from the apt. (at least until nearby construction is done). Short walk to the long path all along False Creek, where everyone's out strolling in the evening. Quite a few good restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely time in Vancouver and this condo was just the spot! The bus stop is just steps away from the main entrance and makes it easy to sight see using public transit. We also felt safe in this neighborhood with many options within a five minute walk for a yummy bite. We would definitely book here again for future visits. And lastly, Tracy was very accommodating which made our early arrival less stressful.

Great location- walkable to sites, attractions and ferries. The place itself was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Underground parking was a huge plus and host gave very clear instructions. We loved our stay! Would definitely stay here again in the future. Couldn’t recommend more!

The place was perfect for visiting town on business. Had a little office for working, easy to get downtown, and near a bunch of great restaurants, breweries etc. Tracy was good with communication. The place was cozy and clean. I'd stay again for sure.

The condo is new, well decorated and is equipped with absolutely everything I needed during my stay. The desk off the bedroom was a perfect place to work. The area is safe and close to everything I wanted to do. Tracy was welcoming, responsive and quick to respond to questions. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this spot to others

It was a modern and clean apartment in a convenient location. It faced a street with a bus stop in front of our apartment but was very quiet. We really didn't hear any noise from outside. The best thing about this apartment was that it was very well stocked. They had all condiments we needed for cooking, and kitchen utensils were new and usable. (Their knives were actually sharp which is rather hard to find in rental apartments.) All the cleaning liquids were there for every cleaning need and the bathroom had full bottles of soaps and shampoos. We didn't have to buy anything while we were there other than our meal ingredients. The owner was in the same building but everything was explained to us before we checked in and there was an extensive renter's manual in the apartment. So, there was no need for us to meet. We only talked with the owner once by intercom when we checked in. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This is a beautiful apartment with all of the amenities (incl parking) in a vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants and craft breweries. The host was very communicative and the unit was clean and modern. There is some noise from the busy street.

Awesome and clean apartment! Central location and easy access to all things touristy :) My only feedback is regarding the bedding. The bed sheets were rough and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise very much enjoyed the stay.

The location was fantastic but being next to Main Street was a little noisy. The bedroom could use better blinds, there was a lot of light coming through the existing blinds. Property was super clean, well equipped and worked well for two of us working during the day.

This condo is in a great location to get around the city without a car. Great restaurants, Skytrain and waterfront all within walking distance. Very comfortable stay!

Loved the condo, perfect size for a couple for a few days. Main Street is noisy street with lots of sirens, cars and people walking which you notice even on 5th floor. Near some very nice restaurants and bars and accessible to rest of Vancouver for us walkers and using Science World skytrain station. Favourite dinner out was Como Taperia about 5 blocks up Main like being in Seville for a couple of hours.

The location of this condo was great - easy access to good restaurants, local attractions(Science World, Creekside Park). The condo was neatly maintained and comfortable for our family of 3. We would love to come back the next time we are visiting Vancouver!
