South corner condo in a prime location on St. Pete Beach near all restaurants, shopping and activities that the beach always has to offer! Traditional décor and comfortable furnishings, updated and fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer onsite for use, private balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico to watch all of our famous sunsets….All of this sitting on miles of white beach to explore!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non smoking property except in designated areas on grounds.

The Caprice features free WiFi, assigned free parking, a sparkling pool (heated in the winter) with a beautiful sundeck, a nice BBQ area and Shuffle Board. Beach volley ball courts are also available right next to the Caprice Resort.

The condo was perfect but the building could benefit from an ice machine on sight. Having to use a key to open gate to get onto and off of the beach was a little much when you have a load of beach gear with you. Parking was super tight so rent small vehicle. It was another couple and my husband and I all in our 50's.

We had a perfect stay at Caprice #306. Fantastic location: close to everything we may have needed. On the beach: quick walk to the beach and the 2 coves behind the building offered awesome ocean views in a calmer setting. Great pool: the water was clean and comfortable, plenty of tables and chairs. Our condo had a kitchen equipped to prepare 3 meals a day for a week. Comfortable beds and sitting area. The balcony has a beautiful view. Simple and easy check in and check out. Responsive & attentive owners. We have this on our list of places to return to!!

Condo property small which was great, grounds well kept and right on the beach. Easy to walk to beach bars, ocean and restaurants close by. Unit had everything you needed, king size beds great, very clean and balcony great for outside seating. Would have liked small dressers in bedrooms for clothing and night stands little larger. Overall great place!

The building and location of property was excellent. However, this unit provides little or no space to unpack your suitcase and store your clothes. There was only one folding luggage rack. For 4 guests in a unit like this, I expected a minimum of 4 luggage racks. We needed luggage racks because there was not a single drawer or dresser in either of the 2 bedrooms. So we were living out of our suitcases, and they had to be set on the floor.

Loved it…spotlessly clean and comfortable. No beach gear provided but a problem since we brought our own. Kitchen had minimal items but most everything you needed. Suggest providing a dresser or additional luggage racks in the bedroom. Absolutely would stay again.

We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend with our adult daughter and her friends that came for the day. The beach was gorgeous! Since it’s a park it has great amenities like gorgeous rocks and the secret garden just around the corner. Fantastic restaurants were within minutes of our location. The beds and furniture were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this property to others.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, you can walk to so many shops and restaurants. The only negative was dealing with the rental company. They were not helpful when we were trying to check in and told us we needed keys that we didn't actually need. We were supposed to get a call when the condo was ready and no one ever called.

The condo needs a deep cleaning. Under the furniture tile floor produced black feet an socks. We washed it twice while we were there. The people cleaning in between guests are doing their job. You just need a solid deep clean. Also, the elevator and vestibule of the building were very, very dirty with very long term dirt.

This property is amazing! Location was great and the condo was exactly like the pictures. The space was very clean and had everything you would need for a quick trip or even an extended stay. The condo also has an amazing view of the beach and also the pool. We will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week here and had a great time. We had no issues checking in and getting keys. The unit had everything we needed and the provided towels/toilet paper/other items were plenty for the 3 of us. There were a ton of outlets in all of the rooms, which is a huge plus. The Caprice is in a great location and in walking distance to most of the restaurants we tried. The pool and beach were well maintained and the building has a communal beach chair/toy area that you can borrow from and put back when you leave. The unit doesn't have a washer and dryer which is a bummer, but the laundry facilities in the building were fine and we had no issues. Overall I'd highly recommend this unit and building and hope we can stay there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very dissatisfied with our condo. We had dirty dishes, 2 garbage bags for a whole week. 2 sets of towels in each bathroom only, soap dispensors in both bathrooms empty. Only enough Kcups for 1 xoup of coffee for each person for 1 day only, no cleaning supplies, no where to put recylables, 2 welcome mats on top of each other because bottom one was dirty. I would have had a better experience and supies at a hotel.
