About this house rental

Our property has been lovingly set up to ensure you feel at home. Relax in one of two separate living areas or sit on the covered front patios and watch the world go by. Keep warm and enjoy the serenity of an outdoor fireplace, and cook up a storm in the outdoor kitchen and alfresco area.

Bring the whole family and enjoy peace of mind, with a fully fenced yard for your children and pets.

Take a 300m flat walk to the lake for a dip or a paddle. Stroll to the down the beautiful beach or explore Green Island. For the lovers of water, there are 3 public boat ramps close by and there is ample space to secure your boats or jet-ski's within the property.

Don't want to cook? Wander 100m to Mar & Dars Cafe and grab a coffee, breakfast or lunch. Call the Lake Conjola Bowling Club courtesy bus and enjoy the culinary delights and refreshments available. While you're there, enquire about a game of barefoot bowls. The general store, take away and bottle shop are all within walking and riding distance.

AAAAA plus for this stay. An older style weekender oozing charm and cosiness. Air con kept us lovely and warm.Beautiful new bathrooms, comfort plus beds, fluffy towels cleaned to within an inch of its life. Perfect position next to coffee shop, general store and lake. The weather was woeful but the accommodation made up for it!!! Don't miss this one if you are coming to the Lake The amenities for summer time are fantastic, bbq and outdoor fire

The Sandbar was a Beautiful house. It was Very spacious and clean. Perfect stay with the family and outdoor space was perfect for the kids to play around and our Bbq. The host was really easy and quick to communicate with. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back.

We were very happy about our stay in the sandbar. The house is nice and welcoming, clean and cosy. It is also quiet and walking distant to the lake and closed by beach. We had a great time at the sandbar. Thanks Daniel for your prompt responses.

We had such a fantastic time and Daniel was communicative through the whole process. The house is fully equipped and we wanted for nothing. The beds were comfy amd the outdoor fireplace was awesome! Lake Conjola is always a great spot to visit and we had an awesome dinner at the bowlies. Highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying again!

Perfectly set up holiday house. Lots of great activities for the kids, including games, colouring, TV etc. Simple, but very well-equipped kitchen, lots of fridges (which was great), lots of space and areas to hang out in, fantastic outdoor fireplace. Short walk to the beach. All in all a fantastic place to stay - would recommend it to anyone. Especially great for families with young kids.

The Sandbar was a wonderful find for our bi annual family skiing weekend. We were greeted by a lovely welcoming note & a bunch of goodies. The kitchen was one of the best fit out we've seen, a chefs dream! The cleanliness was amazing, the Sandbar is centrally located near the bowlo, the new revamped Cafe and beach. There is plenty of room for groups plus an added bonus, dog friendly. We`ll be back again!

We stayed at this property as a trip away as a team to celebrate our soccer season. The house was perfect and in a great location, and the owners were super flexible which was amazing! The house is very close to neighbours, but even the neighbours are lovely! Definitely would stay again.

The location was fantastic and close to the beach. It was secure with gates and fencing which was great for keeping the kids and our two dogs safe. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding provided.

My family stayed at the Sandbar for a week. It was very relaxing. Great features of the property are the location, the internet and wifi were great, the kitchen is an older style - but had great quality features and very easy to cook in. We had our dog with us and she loved the house too. Thanks Daniel, we look forward to visiting again.

Great location. Great property. Great communication. Great for adults, kids and dogs. Especially loved having access to bikes. We were very lucky with the weather but the house offers so much entertainment no matter what the weather. Thanks for having us.

Plenty of room with two lounge rooms and bathrooms. Great fenced yard with wire fencing so you don’t feel blocked in. Dog was happy roaming back to front and wandering along the lake front. Cross the road over to lakefront in about 3 mins. Close to each of the stores, plus the coffee shop! Friendly neighbours. Practical, well equipped kitchen. Bikes ready to go in the garage. Played some bocce. Great place for a chilled holiday. Thanks for the choccies and wine!

Better than expected!

The house facilities are as photos or better than expected! Every guest was very pleased with the place! Daniel has been amazing answering every query I had (considering it was my first time using Stayz) and the late floods situation. The place is very clean and very comfortable with lots of common areas to use and enjoy. Will definitely recommend it. (We were 9 adults and everyone had their own space to use.)

House was amazing, very clean and heaps of stuff to do with what they provide, weather wasn’t too great with the flooding but we made the most of it and had an amazing time, would recommend this to anybody who wants a relaxing chill time with friends or family and would recommend this place over any other as it’s perfect for all needs.

Peaceful holiday home for families

If you are looking for time out with family, including children, and pets, try booking this cozy holiday home. I recommend bringing a playpen and baby gates to add to the safety of children under one. We could walk everywhere, and for the little ones bring a stroller or beach wagon. This is a little piece of paradise! Note, my partner says it’s a 3 star, however to the rest of us it’s a five !! 😎

We had a fantastic stay! Comfortable, convenient and close to all you need for relaxing and activities. Close to the lake, the beach, short drive to cafe and boutique shops. Even though it rained we went kayaking, bush walking and exploring. Great place for families. Also an affordable rental. This combined together made a happy holiday!

This is a great holiday rental. Appreciated the great outdoor spaces and the small extras such as portacot and high chair, bird seed to feed lorikeets, washer/dryer, great BBQ. Thank you for being pet-friendly too. Our small dog loves coming away with us. Thank you for also having affordable pricing in what has been a difficult year. As a frontline worker.....I appreciated it. Your neighbours are super-friendly as well. Have a lovely Christmas! We will book again.

Large clean house with great amenities, perfect for 2 families or a large family. A perfect home away from home with a large secure block to bring your pets or let the kids play. Very central location close to the lake and stores/cafe. The communication with our host was seamless and very helpful.
