We loved our stay at this VRBO! It was clean, the neighborhood was safe and quiet. There were plenty of things to do close by the house. The hosts were very thoughtful. We have 3 kids 3 and under. The house was very accommodating for our littles. There was a play pen, high chair and stroller in the garage. Locks were high on the doors so the kids couldn’t access the pool. The beds were comfortable!!! If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay- this is the one. 10/10. Great communication all throughout the process. I would recommend this home.

The house was very clean and just what we were looking for. Beau was very responsive if we needed anything and even replaced the grill due to the burners being shot. We would definitely stay again!

This host has thought of everything! This home is beautifully decorated, cozy, fully stocked kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, the pool area is amazing and furnished nicely. We wanted for nothing, the grocery store is two minutes away and five minutes from downtown. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for being a great host!

Very comfortable and inviting home. Plenty of room and kitchen and bathrooms done very nicely with every amenity you need. Plenty of towels for swimming in beautiful pool. Owner was very receptive to warming the pool during the cool weeks we were there in Jan… property Manager, Christina was the best and answered all our questions and got back to us right away . Bikes would have been great but we walked 2 miles to Western bike rental on 41 and rented bikes for the time we were there, getting our exercise riding into downtown Naples. Looking forward to staying there again.

When the pool heater needed repairs during our stay, Christina kept us updated. She communicated well, and she is friendly and responsive. The home is in a residential neighborhood near family we visit in Naples. It was clean and as described in the listing.

It was a great escape for our busy lifestyle. The house was like a coastal retreat. It was clean and well stocked. The kids loved the pool (lots of pool toys) and the bunk bed! The house is close to downtown Fifth Avenue Naples. So many amazing restaurants and the beach was fantastic. The grocery store was right around the corner. We could not have asked for a better week to stay and relax with the kids. The host was great!! Will definitely return.

Property is like going to see your grandmother in Florida. If it was a hotel, it would be a Comfort Inn. Pool was nice. Property is a little rundown. Neighborhood seems more family than rentals. Kitchen had everything you need. Showers were small. Checkin and Property manager were good. Nothing really wrong with Property, but probably will not stay at Property again.

The house was fully stocked for cleaning, cooking and pool or beach time. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities wanted or needed to be able to stay in and just relax and re-energize which is just what we did. If you're looking for a nice walk, the trail around Avalon Lake in Sugden Regional Park was great. Thank you for letting us have some much needed downtime in your home.

This house was exactly what we needed -- cute, enough space for all of us, comfortable, well-stocked with basics (especially the kitchen) and a great pool. We took advantage of the beach gear, the baby gear, the games and puzzles. Communication with both the concierge and host was easy and pleasant. This house is a great find -- don't hesitate to book it for your family vacation!

Great House!!

Great House!!

The house was beautiful! It was very clean and the pool was amazing, especially with having little kiddos. We spent more time in the pool then at the beach! The neighborhood was very quiet and no more than a 10 minute drive to anything you could need, including restaurants, the grocery store, and beach access. I would definitely recommend having to pool heated, it was so nice to not have it freezing cold especially for the kids. They also had pool toys and beach supplies and towels to use which was nice! This was our first trip to Naples and we’d definitely book again if we come back!
