House was better than advertised! Spacious, beautifully furnished, great artwork, excellent access to all activities our family of 11 enjoys doing—-boating, fishing, swimming, tennis, ping pong, pickleball and arts/craft projects. It is a gamester’s and puzzler’s paradise!
Only problem was noisy neighbors till much too late. Would definitely stay again!

Property taxes as awesome it was able to sleep our 12 guys comfortably! With in walking distance of the amenities/entertainment! Was a perfect spot for our stay!

Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. The indoor pool and hot tub was great to have for the kids. We also enjoyed having campfires. They had a great game selection for all ages. Jereme was great to work with as well and was very timely in questions that we had. It was super close to the Brainerd/Baxter area so we were able to go and check out things in town as well.
There was a few things for the cleanliness that would make note of for the cleaning/property management team. When we arrived thankfully my nosey 9 year old looked in every door and found a note on the dryer that said they didn't have time to fold the towels and linens, which is totally understandable since we asked for a early check in, however, they didn't say they had another load of laundry in the wash that needed to still go in the dryer. They stunk so bad we had to rewash them before we could wash/dry our towels and suits from the pool. A lot of the towels that had been put away in the kitchen also stunk so this was obviously not the first time this had happened.
Again nothing that would hold me back from renting again and we truly did have a wonderful time. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful property!

This is one of the most well appointed VRBO properties I have booked. The host was very informative, quick to answer questions, ample parking and tastefully decorated. There were NO shortage of supplies & very clean!

Jereme and Sara have thought of every last detail. They have made check-in and out simple and seamless. Their property is impeccable and fully stocked for any of your needs. The layout is wonderful for families with bedrooms on the upper and lower floors plus an abundance of bathrooms with showers and tubs. Location is wonderful for fishing, swimming, shopping and golfing. A great stay and would highly recommend this property.

Our family…8 adults and 3 children, spent 4 days in this beautiful townhome on Gull Lake. The place was very well furnished and appointed with everything we needed for a fun and memorable getaway. We enjoyed the amenities of the resort that the property is located in, to include the indoor pool and hot tub, and the boat slip that was available. The boat rental company we used was just a short distance away, so getting the boat to and from was very easy. We loved the fire pit, and enjoyed nice quiet evenings around the campfire. We cooked all of our meals there, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was as advertised, and our family greatly enjoyed our time together there. Kudos to the owners for stocking and furnishing such a great place!

We have been on many VRBO vacations & I believe this is one of the best experiences we have had. The owners have equipped this home with everything you could want. They have thought of everything. The home is located so close to so many golf courses. We had such a blast & look forward to future bookings.

All the little details...from the art work to the bottle of wine and bar of chocolate. Clean! I cannot stress this enough. I didn't feel the need to clean anything before I used it. Jereme contacted us a couple of times to make sure everything was to our expectations. A little difficult to find as the numbering isn't listed yet but well worth the extra 5 minutes driving around and looking for it. Will definitely stay here again.

There were 9 adults and 2 small kids...WE had a ball! The townhome was everything we were hoping for and more! The beds were amazingly comfortable, bathrooms were plentiful and very nice. This was my first VRBO experience and I will definitely consider this type of lodging again. Kitchen and baths were well equipped. Living and dining spaces were just right! Having a garage to park in was also a bonus! Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home. Suggestions: buy more silver ware, we were a group of 12, had to wash
silverware for every meal, put dimmers in dining room, buy antenna to get local channels, get rid of skimpy bath towels and replace with plush towels. The price we pay, it should feel like a 5 star motel. Side note, used blender to puree tomatoes and blender started to smoke, it should be thrown away. When we arrived, all the bedding and probably all the towels the previous renter used were in the dryer, a fire hazard maybe, this was probably the house cleaner who did this. The towels didn't look clean, could see makeup on the towels.

The accommodations were spacious, clean, and amply stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful family Christmas celebration. The owners went out of their way to provide everything we needed including a child's highchair for our 1-year-old grandson. I've stayed in many VRBOs but this has been the best experience ever.

Everything about the house was fabulous. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms awesome and more than enough supplies. Most women said it was the nicest home they have rented. Jereme was very responsive and accommodating. Location was perfect for a fall getaway in Nisswa! Will definitely be booking again!

This was a great property for our family! The property was extremely clean and well cared for and the owner had everything you could possibly need. It is extremely spacious and allowed for great gathering times in the large living room, dining and kitchen. The owners reached out prior to our arrival and responded to our questions immediately. Townhome was well equipped. The only thing we were short on was towels. Our washer & dryer were not working but Jereme explained that all to me. Out of his control. We were “blown away” on how many supplies were in the kitchen. There were lots of games & DVDs for the kids.

A fantastic place for our family to stay and gather for each day of the wedding events. The space allowed three generations to come together, and to have individual space to rest and recharge. Amazing!

Perfect Location!
The place was absolutely perfect for our group. We ate dinner at Bar Harbor, rented a boat from Your Boat Club, and ended our evening at Zorbaz. It was extremely convenient being so close to all the activities. The condo itself was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed!

Thank you Jereme and Sara! Our Family of 6 adults and 3 children really enjoyed our stay. The house was a good fit for all of us. Kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked. Having the two car garage was also a huge plus. Owners were very friendly and easy to deal with. Would definitely go back.

Great Property!
Very clean property with a lot of room for people to spread out. Two bedrooms have there own bathroom attached which was really nice. Really nice kitchen, dining area and living room, not to forget the great family room downstairs. The owner was always in touch making sure our stay was a great experience. :)
